While heading up to the Bronx to recreate RHONY Season 9’s infamous “gangster lunch” in Episode 7 of RHUGT: Roaring 20th, Dorinda recalled how Sonja had been “spreading this rumor” that she had “taken her brand, Tipsy Girl,” when the original meal took place. RHUGT core cast member Lisa Barlow was the first to raise questions about Sonja’s whereabouts.
“To tell you the truth, we don’t really… We don’t speak to Sonja,” Dorinda said, before Luann chimed in to confirm the same was true for her.
“Listen, I’ve been asking Sonja to be a better, more responsive friend, and nothing has changed,” Luann explained in a confessional. “Unless you’re waving five grand in front of Sonja’s face, she’s not showing up.”
