Mauricio Umansky and his daughter, Alexia Umansky, are sharing new details about Farrah Brittany Aldufrie’s pregnancy. Kyle Richards’ family is so excited for Farrah to welcome her first child this November with Zach Goldsmith, and is opening up about how their family is expanding and sharing more insights into Farrah and Zach’s relationship.
Mauricio and Alexia both spoke with Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea on Sept. 17, where Mauricio admitted that he is “super excited” to become a grandfather to a baby boy for the first time. “I’m going to have a son,” he said in a clip posted to Instagram. “I’m no longer going to have to make Alexia do son things. I’m excited to have a boy in the family. I’m super excited about it.”
Mauricio shared a similar sentiment when speaking with E! News in mid September. “First boy in the family, so we’re super excited,” he shared about the baby. “Grandpa, I’m thrilled. I’m so excited about it, and yeah, we got a boy.”Â
And Alexia admitted to Page Six that she is excited to welcome Zach, a real estate agent at Mauricio’s brokerage firm, The Agency, into the family. “I adore Zach. I’ve always loved Zach from the very moment I met him,” The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter said. “He makes me laugh, and he’s always just, you know, he’s a bright light in every room…It’s going to be so amazing to have him be an official part of our family.”

Alexia confirmed to the outlet that Farrah and Zach are in a relationship. “They are together, and they’re happy,” she said. But she admitted they “don’t ask” if marriage is in their future plans. “We don’t like to pressure in this family,” she said. “Like, do what you want to do, girl.”

Who is Farrah Aldjufrie’s boyfriend, Zach Goldsmith?
Zach is a Los Angeles-based real estate agent for The Agency who shares two sons with his ex-wife. Although it’s unclear when Farrah and Zach started dating, Farrah confirmed that Zach is the father of her son when she took to Instagram on Aug. 23, where she posted a video of her finding out the baby’s sex alongside Zach and her family members.Â

He’s just everyone’s friend. So it feels right,” she said to Page Six. She added to E! News, “I love, love, love Zach. He’s always been a ray of light. He makes us laugh. He’s so caring. Definitely a major seal of approval.”
“I love Zach,” Mauricio said to Page Six in September 2026. “We work together.”
