Prior to making her RHOSLC debut as a friend of the cast in Episode 2, Quai revealed in an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider what she wants fans to know about her. “I’m usually right, I’m super intuitive, and I live in sweatpants and a baseball cap,” she said.
As for what you can expect from Season 7, Quai teased, “Viewers will be able to see people’s true colors and some fun times. My true colors are all of the rainbow. We’re just beautiful little unicorns, right? We’re real girls for sure.”

Born and raised in Utah, Ashley Quai is an entrepreneur and former makeup artist. According to the new RHOSLC Season 7 friend’s bio, she enjoys sleeping, traveling, riding her motorcycles, and is currently doing her best to learn the harmonica.

Who is Ashley Quai’s husband?
Quai said on RHOSLC that she has been married to her “big, sexy” husband, Stephen, for five years. “Right now, my husband is in Florida almost 80 percent of the time because he just took on a new job,” she explained. When a producer asked what her husband does for a living, Quai admitted that all she knew is that he worked for “a company in Florida,” joking, “I should probably ask more questions, huh?”

Quai has one daughter, Zariah, 23, who made a brief appearance in RHOSLC‘s Sept. 23 episode.

Quai first met Lisa Barlow 20 years ago, having joined her glam squad in 2006. She’s also known Meredith Marks for 10 years and became friends with Whitney Rose through her late sister-in-law, Shari Quai.

Quai’s sister-in-law, Shari, who died in April 2023 after battling cancer, was Whitney’s best friend. During RHOSLC Season 7, Episode 2, Quai shared that after her sister-in-law’s death, she relocated to be closer to her brother and his and Shari’s three children.
“I really like Whitney,” Quai told a producer. “Whitney continues to show up for my brother and his kids. And through that, I saw who she was: a beautiful woman, stand-up mother. But I love Lisa and Meredith. So, can’t we all just get along?”

Quai has yet to publicly share details on her religious affiliations or if she is connected to the Mormon church in any way.

In a promo video posted to Bravo’s Instagram in August, Quai revealed that she previously appeared in the first group of charter guests on Below Deck Season 10, which premiered in 2022. “I did meet a bunch of the Below Deck crew,” she said.

In the same Bravo social media clip, Quai added that she’d only seen clips of RHOSLC on TikTok before joining the Season 7 cast. “I got real good clips in the 30-second, minute span,” she said. “Being on it and seeing how these 30 seconds are really three hours has kind of been eye-opening.” Quai also opened up about the filming experience, including the moments she’s most excited to watch back, in her recent Bravo Insider interview.
“I am terrified to see the fights and that, so I’m just looking forward to the fun times,” she said. “Our Hawaii trip and the luau, how we all got up danced and had a good time, I’m excited for that. I think our butterfly experience there was a lot of fun, so that will be fun to watch back. And Mary, Lisa, and I had a great time. I would say we had good times in Hawaii.”
