Jesse Solomon is now a homeowner in Los Angeles! The Summer House cast member announced on Tuesday, Sept. 29, that he recently purchased a house on the West Coast, and he could not be any more excited about this news.
Jesse took to his Instagram, where he posted a video from his new place, opening up about his major purchase. “I bought my dream house in LA. I’m so excited about it. I’m so grateful that I was able to do it. And I’m gonna show you guys the whole journey,” he said in the video, which he filmed in his lush backyard, complete with plenty of greenery and a swimming pool.Â
“I’m so grateful I was able to buy this house. It’s honestly a dream come true,” he said, before showing off his outdoor bar, guest house, and back patio area. He further revealed that he has plans for his home that are related to his music career. “I’m going to turn the guest house into a recording studio. I’m going to take you along for the ride, so let me know if there’s any content you guys want to see. We’re gonna learn how to [do] interior design. We’re gonna end up in Arch Digest. We’re gonna maybe get handy, maybe fix a couple of things around the house.”
The “I Guess I’ll Start” musician also gave a brief glimpse inside his new house, showing off his dark wood kitchen with a center island, which leads out to his outdoor area. His living area is also super chic, complete with white walls, a wood-burning fireplace, and light wood accents.

Although Jesse grew up in Illinois and spent most of his adult life split between Miami and NYC, he opened up about his decision to buy a home on the West Coast on Instagram. “I’ve always wanted to live in LA. It’s great for my music,” he said in the video. “But don’t worry, I’m not leaving the East Coast. I’m still gonna be back and forth, but I think this is gonna be great. So I’m excited for you guys to come along and see the journey.”
“I’m so excited for this new chapter. And, as always, I’m so grateful for all of you. This wouldn’t be possible without your love and support,” he wrote in the caption of the post.

Where does Jesse Solomon live?
In addition to his home purchase in LA, as Jesse noted, he still plans to have a presence on the East Coast. In 2024, Jesse revealed that he lived in Brooklyn, taking to his Instagram Story in July 2024 to ask for help decorating his outdoor area. He then revealed in April 2025 that he had moved into a new NYC apartment with a view of the water and skyline. “New crib,” he wrote over the photo. “Don’t come over if you’re scared of heights.”
