During the Oct. 1 episode of WWHL, guest Billie Lourd said that for her birthday party next year, she wants a couple to “actually get married” at her “35 husbands and wives” themed party. Andy toyed with the idea of that couple being him and Kevin. “What if I wanted to do it?” he asked her.
“Should we do that? Let’s lock in. It’s in July [2027],” Billie said.
“Maybe,” Andy replied with a smile on his face.
Andy had previously opened up to Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea about his relationship before being inducted into the Broadcasting + Cable Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026 on Wednesday, Sept. 30. He admitted in a clip posted to Instagram that his relationship is “great.” “He’s here, everything’s good,” he said.

Andy Cohen reveals why it was “scary” to go public with his boyfriend, Kevin
Andy did not give a definitive answer about getting married to his boyfriend at Billie’s party next year, and there is a long time to go until July 2027. But, in the meantime, Andy is opening up about what took him so long to go public with his boyfriend. Although Andy and Kevin met for the first time in July 2025, they didn’t go public until nearly a year later, which he admitted to PEOPLE was a big deal for him.
“It’s a little scary because it’s been a great year of just us being alone,” he said in a clip posted to Instagram on Sept. 30. “I mean, it’s exciting. He’s great.”

Who is Andy Cohen’s boyfriend, Kevin?
Kevin is Andy’s boyfriend of more than a year who is his “person” who he loves. Kevin is now fully integrated into Andy’s life and has met his two kids, Ben Cohen and Lucy Cohen. “This man is kind and strong and smart, and he is an adult, and he loves my children, and they love him. And I love him,” Andy said during a June episode of his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live.
Unlike Andy, Kevin doesn’t work in entertainment and isn’t as into the Housewives as he is. Andy admitted during an Aug. 5 appearance on TODAY that Kevin has “never seen” an episode of Real Housewives, but he is learning more about it. “His algorithm is feeding him Housewives-related things because our phones listen to everything we say. So he’s starting to, I think, get a sense of the universe. But he has no clue,” he said. “He loves my kids and me, and that’s what’s important. But I’ll get him there.”
