Speaking to her RHOP Season 11 castmates Gizelle Bryant and Karen Huger, Ashley says she’s “actually sorta dating somebody,” before turning to Karen, specifically. “This is Josh, who was at your ‘Love Lagoon’ party.”
As for why they’re back together, Ashley says in a confessional interview, “I just really like him. As much as I try to quit Josh, I like how he interacts with my family, how he handles me when I’m upset, how he caters to all of my needs — emotionally, physically, mentally. And that’s what keeps me coming back.”

Ashley and Josh met at a speed dating event she attended with Gizelle during RHOP Season 9, Episode 10 (filmed in 2024). At the time, Ashley was looking for “a life partner” who’s “family oriented, understands the idea of responsibility and commitment,” and is “very attractive [and] well-endowed.”
As Ashley and Josh dated throughout RHOP Season 9, Ashley admitted she was getting feelings for him. “Josh is a pretty great guy, and whenever we talk, it feels like everyone else in the room disappears,” she said.

Andy Cohen then asked if the two were monogamous. “Yes, actually, but we don’t have labels at the moment,” she said before clarifying, “We are only banging each other.”
However, when Ashley decided to go to Bravo’s Love Hotel in 2025, she said that she and Josh were on “a pause.”
“I was very forthcoming with him that I needed to do Love Hotel, and he didn’t like that conversation,” she shared during RHOP Season 10, Episode 2.

Later, after Ashley failed to meet her match in paradise, she then got back together with Josh. “One day I got drunk and I hit him with a little [text] ‘Hey, Big Head…u up?’” she explained.. After producers showed Josh responded to her text with “lowkey, yes,” Ashley revealed, “We’ve been kinda kickin’ it since then.”
However, their relationship status changed again by Nov. 2025, when Ashley told Parade magazine they went through a “turbulent time” over the course of RHOP Season 10 and were now just “friends.”
But all that appears to be in the past as Ashley updated Karen and Gizelle during the RHOP Season 11 premiere that she and Josh are again dating.
