It’s been a rough week for Katie Zacaharia, who has seemingly been ousted from her role as Trump’s press secretary after five days, but that’s not keeping TV hosts from poking the bear.

While talking about Kim’s progress toward becoming a lawyer in California, the Skims co-founder explained that she had passed the “baby bar,” which is the state’s preliminary exam, but has yet to pass the final bar exam.
“So, I’ve made it all the way through except for the final one,” Kim told Kimmel, to which he responded, “So you are technically more a lawyer than the White House press secretary.”
Kim’s appearance happened one day before Zacharia was ousted from her role as press secretary on Friday, but she had come under fire for her questionable legal qualifications prior to her “transitioning out” of her newly appointed role, revealing that she never passed the bar exam and thus is not technically an attorney in the US.
Kimmel’s comments made Kim explode in laughter, leading Kimmel to ask, “Do you have any interest in that? I could put in a word if you like … [Trump] watches the show.”
But Kim was quick to shut it down: “No interest,” she said, flashing her signature smile.
Speaking on his plans for Katie Zacharias, Trump told reporters on Friday that she had been “treated very badly by the media” and claimed he encouraged her to “reconsider” her position as press secretary.
