Kyle Richards’ daughter Alexia Umansky is reflecting on her family’s evolution over the years. Kyle joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 1, which aired in 2010, and so much has happened with their family in the time since then, as Alexia recently reminded us.
Alexia took to her Instagram Story on Sept. 30, where she re-posted a photo of her posing with her sisters, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie and Sophia Umansky; her aunts, Kathy Hilton and Kim Richards; their many kids; and Kyle at the September 2008 screening of cousin Paris Hilton’s MTV reality show, Paris Hilton’s My New BFF. In the photo, taken nearly 20 years ago, Alexia can be seen smiling with a mouth full of braces, while Farrah rocked a serious side bang, Sophia looked so young, and their youngest sister, Portia Umansky, was home after being born six months earlier.
The real estate agent made some reflections about her family in the caption of the post. “Sophia was still shorter than me. Portia was just born. Braces. Hadn’t been bat mitzvah’d yet. RHOBH aired for the first time two years later. And (almost) everyone’s together,” Alexia wrote, along with an eyes welling and pink heart emoji.

Another thing that has changed since that photo was taken is Kyle’s relationship with Mauricio Umansky. The couple celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary prior to announcing in October 2023 that they had separated. Alexia opened up about her father and one of his traits during a game of family superlatives with Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea, when she was asked to name the “biggest flirt” in their family. “Who’s the biggest flirt? I’m like, looking at my dad,” she said, laughing as Mauricio stood behind the camera in the clip posted to Instagram on Oct. 2.Â
“What are you talking about? It’s Portia for sure,” he said in reply.Â

Alexia and Mauricio also appeared together on Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast on Sept. 30, where Alexia opened up about what it was like to grow up in the spotlight and on fifteen seasons of RHOBH. “My family has always given me a sense of normalcy,” she said during the episode. “You know, people always ask, like, what it must feel so different growing up in the spotlight, blah blah blah. Like, you know what? It doesn’t really feel that different because I’ve had my family to ground me the entire time. And I’ve always felt just like normal and loved by our support system.”
