“They are phenomenal. They were phenomenal the whole time that I was away,” she said.
She continued, revealing how she’s been showing her kids affection. “And I’m just loving on my babies now that they are grown, by the way, and they’re loving on me,” she said. “We’re at a great point. [A] really good point.”

Brandon briefly appeared on RHOP Season 10 for Karen’s post-prison interview, where he spoke with Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host, Andy Cohen, and revealed why he hadn’t been on RHOP until then. “I’m a busy guy, Andy,” he said. “But I’m glad to be here. I’m glad my mom’s back.”
Brandon continued, saying that he had visited his mom while she was away, and even helped her with things like her businesses, finances, and properties. “I had to take a lot of responsibility during this time and be there for her,” he said. “It was tough. It was really hard for me, but we got through it.”

During the same RHOP Season 10 interview, Karen shared a look at her close relationship with Rayvin, telling her daughter that she couldn’t have made it through her time away without her support. “I love the woman that you’ve become,” Karen told her daughter. “I never intended for you to see me like that, but I’m glad you did, because there’s truth and strength to that.”
Karen continued, telling Andy that she missed her quiet moments with Rayvin the most while she was away. “What I missed most was holding my daughter’s hand. Rayvin and I are very close,” she said.
