Lisa appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Tuesday, Oct. 20, where she was asked if she had seen or heard from PK recently. Lisa revealed that she had, and he even supported her at her Las Vegas hotel opening. “I have seen PK,” she said, as seen in the clip above. “I’ve seen him, and we’ve spoken. He came to the opening of the hotel, and we’ve spoken.”
She continued, sharing more details about their reunion. “It was good to reconnect with him, you know? I have a history with PK, so it’s good to reconnect,” she said.Â

In May 2026, PK reunited with Lisa’s husband of 44 years, Ken Todd. PK took to Instagram on May 28, where he posted so many photos from a “boy’s night in Hollywood” where they were celebrating restaurateur Robert Earl on his birthday. In the pictures, the two UK natives can be seen hanging out at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills, smiling next to Ken, Robert, and rubbing elbows with Arnold Schwarzenegger.Â

PK Kemsley opens up about missing Lisa Vanderpump
Prior to his reunion with Ken and Lisa, PK had opened up about missing his friendship with the couple. PK appeared on the podcast, We Need to Talk with Paul C. Brunson on April 28, where he reflected on his life and career. He also appeared on the podcast’s TikTok account, where he looked back at an old photo of him and LVP and reflected on their friendship. “I miss her,” he said. “And I think that the fallout was so unnecessary. And I know she feels the same. I believe I’m going to see her fairly soon.”
