Madison LeCroy is opening up about her plans to have more kids with her husband, Brett Randle. The Southern Charm cast member is the mom to 13-year-old son, Hudson Hughes, with her ex, and 1-year-old daughter, Teddi LeCroy Randle, with Brett, and is looking to expand their blended family sometime in the future.

Madison appeared on the #No Filter panel at Bravo Fan Fest 2026, where she revealed that she and Brett might wait a little bit before trying to have another kid again. “Listen, I just had a baby 15 months ago; I cannot even think about doing that right now,” she said.
However, she does want to give Hudson and Teddi more siblings down the line. “Hopefully two years, maybe three [years], I’ll do it again,” she said.

Madison spent Southern Charm Season 11 pregnant before giving birth to Teddi during Southern Charm Season 11, Episode 15. During the Bravo Fan Fest 2026 panel, she said that everyone was “nice” to her during Season 11 while she was pregnant, so she could “poke” and stir the pot a little bit. But things have changed for her during Southern Charm Season 12.Â
“I was drinking Heineken Zeros last summer and this time I was definitely trying to hang but also lose weight at the same time so that didn’t,” she said. “I had too much fun. I was like, ‘Mom’s back, let’s do this.’ The hot girl summer definitely was true.”

How many kids does Madison LeCroy want with Brett Randle in the future?
While Madison has not yet shared how many kids she wants with Brett in the future, she did say that she could see them having both a boy and a girl. Madison took to an Amazon Live stream in July 2025 where she opened up about this. “I feel like my husband deserves a boy, but I have a feeling it could be another girl,” she said.

In the Southern Charm Season 12 trailer, Madison can be seen taking her birth control before declaring that she’s not trying to have a “mystery baby” with Brett. But the two have really been enjoying their marriage and lives as parents. Madison took to Instagram in Sept. 2026, Brett’s birthday, where she posted a photo of her being held in Brett’s arms, sharing a look at her relationship with her very private husband. “My birthday boy!” she wrote in the caption of the post.
