How to Watch
Below Deck airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. EST/PST on Bravo. Episodes stream next day on Peacock.
As Kate told Bravo Insider at Bravo Fan Fest 2026, “Ben and I are absolutely very close. In fact, he called me last week. You know, he’s always busy doing private cheffing for other people around the world, and he’ll check in with me…I’ll see him next week. Ben and I will always remain friends “
She continued, admitting that she is the “closest” person to Ben out of everyone in the Below Deck universe. “We have the longest, strongest friendship, and that includes ups and downs, which, if you can bounce back after the downs or disagreements, I think that can make our relationship stronger,” she said of the Below Deck Season 1 chef. “So our relationship has become very, very strong.”
