KOZL-TV, which cites the police report, says Harris worked as a nanny for the 13-year-old victim and her sister, and he allegedly engaged in a “$exual relationship” with the victim from July to September 2022. Harris reportedly bought a cellphone for the girl that they used to communicate with each other. Police looked through the phone and reportedly discovered pornographic images and other messages that allegedly linked Harris to the teen. He reportedly was recently evicted from a trailer he lived in and now resides in the woods.

According to the victim, Harris groped her over her clothing despite her commands for him to stop. She apparently declined the touching, and he stopped talking to her after that. She also said that Harris sodomized her and groped her without covering up. According to the victim, she requested Harris to stop touching her each time.
The victim claims she went along with Harris’s belief that they were dating because she was terrified of him. According to reports, Harris acknowledged having $exual contact with the teenager.
In addition, he is accused of engaging in $exual activity with a second 13-year-old, although no charges have been brought in that situation as of yet.
Harris’ next court date is scheduled for Oct. 26.
