Three 17-yera-old Wisconsin boys have been charged with felony murder in the shooting death of a Domino’s pizza delivery driver earlier this month.
Armier McArthur, Keyshaun McNealy, and Damain Patrick are accused of killing Antoine Gee Jr., 33, on the night of January 10, WDJT reported.
Investigators say surveillance video from a neary home captured much of the incident. In the video, Gee is seen standing on the steps of a home in Milwaukee, interacting with two people. When a struggle begins, a third person runs westbound.
Multiple gunshots are heard. After the fifth shot, one of the three people is seen carrying what appears to be a pizza delivery bag. That person runs toward the struggle before a sixth shot rings out, and the three suspects run away, leaving Gee on the ground.
A witness who said he was with the three boys earlier in the evening told investigators the three planned to order pizza and “snatch it.” He said the three boys left the house and returned with a pizza bag and began turning off lights in the house.
Domino’s confirmed that Gee was working at the time of the shooting. The complaint against the boys said that the order was placed at 9:47 p.m.
The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office said taht Gee died from three gunshot wounds.
