Daisy Antoinette Ironshield, was born on December 28, 1985, in Fort Yates, North Dakota. Daisy was the beloved daughter of Bernadine Ironshield Four and Benjamin “Benny” Has Horns. She was also lovingly raised by her stepfather, Victor “Bun” Chapman, and the man she called “Dad” for most of her life, Eugene “Stinker” Four, Jr.
The youngest of her siblings, Daisy shared a deep bond with her sisters, Yuray Ironshield and Jenny Rose Four, and her brothers, Eugene Four III and Merle Four. But the greatest joy of her life was being a mother to her six beautiful daughters: Jasmine, Harmony, Tenille, Piper, Angel, and Elijah. She poured her heart and soul into raising them with love, warmth, and unwavering devotion.
Daisy was known for her radiant smile, infectious laughter, and positive spirit. She carried a joy for life that uplifted everyone around her, earning her the nickname “Daisy Duke” for her fierce and independent nature. A talented cook and passionate baker, she found happiness in the kitchen, sharing meals and making memories with those she loved. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome, with a kind heart that never met a stranger.
She was deeply loved and respected in the communities of Selfridge and Porcupine, North Dakota, where she formed lifelong friendships and touched many lives. Daisy had no enemies—only friends who will forever cherish the moments they shared with her.
Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Rest easy, Daisy. Your light will never fade.
