Alexia Nepola’s two sons, Frankie and Peter Rosello, are “the reason” that she smiles. The Real Housewives of Miami cast member is so in love with her two boys from her first marriage to Pedro Rosello, and will talk about them whenever she can.
The mom of two most recently took to her Instagram account in May, where she posted the sweetest photos of her surrounded by her youngest son, Frankie and his older brother, Peter, smiling for the camera and kissing her cheek. The trio wore matching outfits in the pictures and looked so cute together. “Happy Mother’s Day to the incredible women who do it all — with love, strength, and endless grace,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Alexia also took to Instagram on Easter, where she posted a photo of her and her boys out to dinner, before sharing two super cute throwback photos of the boys posing with bunnies. “Easter Sunday surrounded by love, laughter, and a whole lot of memories,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Feeling extra grateful for family today — and yes, I had to throw it back to little Peter and Frankie in their Easter best.”
The devotion between the three of them is so apparent. Alexia took to Instagram in April 2024, where she posted a series of photos of her with her sons, and wrote the sweetest message about them in the caption of the post. “MY PRIORITY,” she wrote. “The reason I smile and the reason I keep going.”

Alexia is very close with her 28-year-old son, Frankie, who suffered a brain injury after getting into a car accident in 2011. Both Alexia and Frankie are active on TikTok, where they often post outfit videos, shopping videos, and give viewers a look inside their lives together.
Alexia took to TikTok in April where she posted a video alongside Frankie explaining their favorite places to eat and shop together in Miami. “Frankie and I love to try new restaurants,” she explained. “There are so many good ones.”
“It’s hard, my love,” Frankie told his mom.
“We also love to go to Bal Harbor Shops,” Alexia added.
“Oh my God, shopping? My favorite,” Frankie noted.
The mother-son duo also love to play ping-pong together, which she revealed in a TikTok posted to her account in May. “I’m good at this,” Frankie said in the video.
“I’m very competitive too, and I’m not that bad,” Alexia added.

Alexia and Frankie also have their own business together, Alexia + Frankie’s Beauty Bar. The full-service salon, which opened in 2017, is located in Surfside, Miami Beach, and filled with personal touches. “Frankie adds so much,” Alexia explained in a TikTok tour of the salon. “Opens the door with a big smile, he’s so happy. He picks their color, he loves pink.”
“I have all these services that I just wanted under one roof,” Alexia noted. “I try to be here as much as I can.”
During the WWHL After Show at Bravo Fan Fest, Alexia gave a new update on Frankie’s life at the salon. “He’s still working with me at the beauty bar, and now we’re looking for other opportunities, like, maybe at a hotel because he loves people so much and just being a host at a hotel,” she explained. “He’s communicating a lot more. Every day, he’s better.”
In a December 2022 interview with The Daily Dish, Alexia revealed that Peter also spends time working at the salon. “Peter and Frankie are doing good,” she said. “Peter is working at the Beauty Bar with me and figuring things out.”

During the RHOM Season 6 finale, Alexia asked 32-year-old Peter to become a guardian for his younger brother, which he accepted with open arms. “If, God forbid, anything were to happen to me, would you become his guardian?” Alexia asked Peter.
“I’ve already thought about that. Of course, are you kidding me?” he replied.
During a confessional in the episode, Alexia reflected on Peter’s growth over the past few years.
“Peter is such a good son and brother, and he never gets the credit for it,” she explained. “Because people always focus on other things that haven’t gone as well. Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer to grow up.”

During an April 2023 episode of WWHL, Alexia revealed where she stands with Peter today. “Peter’s doing great and our relationship is amazing,” she explained.
“It always has been, but you know, I’m always going to be his mom,” she added. “I’m gonna always have something to say and protect him and give him good advice. Like I said, at the end, moms are always right.”

Alexia had been married to Todd Nepola from December 2021 to March 2025, when their divorce was finalized. Although they legally ended their marriage, Alexia and Todd have continued to have a relationship. She shared her son’s reactions to the divorce during a November 24, 2024 episode of the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show during Bravo Fan Fest in Miami.
“It’s been tough for Frankie because Frankie is all about love,” she shared.
“It’s been tough for both of them…I’ve seen Frankie more, his emotions. Peter holds everything in and just wants me to be happy and he’s been there with me and supportive,” she added. “But it’s been tough for all of us.”
