Next Gen NYC cast member Ariana Biermann is sharing the latest as her parents, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, are still in the middle of a divorce that is “nowhere near being done.”
Ariana appeared on Gia Giudice’s podcast, Casual Chaos, earlier this week, where she revealed that she initially would “pray” for her parents to get back together “literally every night.”
“I think at this point though, unfortunately, there is too much damage to be done,” she admitted.
Kim and Kory first filed for divorce in 2023 and the family is still navigating the split today. And Ariana noted that at some point “we’re all gonna have to go to court an give our testimonies and witness statements and everything. And it’s just the most insane thing ever.”

Although it has been hard on their family, she admitted to Gia on the podcast that the divorce has brought her closer to her mom and her older sister, Brielle Biermann. “This whole situation of everything brought me and my mom and my sister closer,” she revealed. “And we’re kind of like the three best friends, which I’m really grateful for.”
In a May interview with Us Weekly, Ariana said that she isn’t as close to her dad as she once was because of the “tough situation” they’re in. “But I really do try to keep the divorce and my relationship with him and my mom separate. It just gets hard sometimes,” she said.
Ariana shared a similar sentiment about her relationship with Kroy when chatting with The Daily Dish back in May. “I haven’t spoken to him in a little bit,” she said at the time. “I think it’s really a tough situation right now, between the family, and it goes through its waves. But he lives in his own house, as well, so I hope he’s happy I’m doing great.”

Ariana also revealed what she has learned from having parents whose divorce has been in the public eye. “I feel like it’s really made me stronger, and understand situations for sure a little bit better,” she said.
She’s also learned so much about herself throughout their divorce. “And understand how to handle myself even better, and maybe some things not to do moving forward in my life and to avoid at all costs,” she continued. “Save your money, alright?”
