Adrienne Maloof’s West Coast mansion just got a little grander — and a helluva lot more festive.
Less than two weeks before Christmas arrived, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum gifted fans with an inside look at her home’s 2025 holiday decor. And, just like in previous years, Adrienne pulled out all the stops.
Adrienne Maloof gives an inside look at her holiday preparations
She began teasing the transformation back in early November, when she started swapping her elaborate Halloween setup for a heap of Christmas decorations. Adrienne posted a carousel that showed her team taking out dozens of red and green storage bins containing evergreen trimmings, Christmas figurines, colorful baubles, and more.
“It’s tiiimmmmeee,” she captioned the post. “The bins are out, the magic’s about to begin!”

She offered another peek at the decorating process nearly a month later, posting photos of her crew positioning giant nutcrackers and Santa Claus statues outside her home, which was filled with even more bins.
“Behind the scenes of bringing the holidays to life,” she wrote. “From garlands to giant elves, every detail gets a little love. Let the season officially begin.”
Adrienne Maloof lifts the curtain on her home’s elaborate Christmas tree
Cut to December 3, when the Beverly Hills mom shared before-and-after photos of her massive Christmas tree positioned in her foyer. The first shot showed the tree, which had nothing more than white string lights at the time, sitting at the bottom of her grand staircase, right under a chandelier.
“Swipe for the most magical transformation,” she captioned the Instagram. “From a simple tree to a full Christmas masterpiece.”
The following slide showed the tree sparkling with gold and deep red ornaments, including glitter reindeer, mini gift boxes, classic holly, ribbons, and bows.

Adrienne returned to Instagram several days later to showcase her fully decorated abode, complete with lush pre-lit wreaths in the dining room and entryway; garlands running across the staircase and fireplace mantles; bright red bows on the kitchen cabinets; a large twinkling reindeer in her living room; and all kinds of fun trinkets, like a set of caroler figurines, a golden horse-drawn carriage, snowy miniature homes, and a motorized carousel.
“Holiday magic in every corner,” she captioned the December 8 Reel. “My home is officially dressed for the season. Lights, ribbons, garlands, and all the sparkle. What part of the décor is your favorite?”
Adrienne Maloof says it takes months to decorate her home for Christmas
For the past eight years, Adrienne has opened her home to Party with a Purpose, a charity event she co-hosts with actress Niecy Nash-Betts. The star-studded bash has benefited various SoCal causes and organizations, like the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and the Amazing Grace Conservatory.
Adrienne spoke about the event in a 2024 interview with KTLA 5 News, revealing it took her team anywhere from two to three months to decorate her home for the Christmas festivities.
“It’s quite a magical night,” Adrienne said. “I opened my home up to celebrate for the holidays because it kind of brings me back to my childhood days. I had wonderful holidays, Christmases with my family, and I just want to share the joy and give back.”
