Over the Sept. 20 weekend, Aesha shared an Instagram Story of her basking in the setting sun with incoming stews, Victoria “V” SanJuan and Kizzi Kitchener. Seemingly aboard the M/Y Bravado, all three are decked out in their black work uniforms with the sea in the background. To the left, V playfully stuck out her tongue, and to the right, Kizzi puckered her lips.

Aesha was all smiles in the center, captioning the photo: “Ten days until we air and I can’t wait to see you there.” She topped the post with three blowing-kiss emojis.

The Below Deck Med premiere, airing Monday, Sept. 29, isn’t the only thing to put a smile on Aesha’s face as of late.

The Sept. 21 Instagram post featured a video of Anthony walking Aesha through his tried-and-true French toast recipe as they cooked together in the kitchen. As Anthony wrote in the caption of the post, “Bringing a little fun, a little chaos, and of course … a lot of flavor.” He added pancake and flame emojis to emphasize his point: “Nothing beats good vibes and good food shared together.”

Anthony also used the opportunity to promote Season 10 of Below Deck Mediterranean, tagging Captain Sandy Yawn and fellow Frenchman Max Salvador.

Below Deck Med Season 10 welcomes back Aesha, Captain Sandy, Max, and newly promoted bosun Nathan Gallagher. Aside from new stews V and Kizzi, newbies include deckhands Christian Trimino and Tessa Budd, plus English chef Josh Bingham.

The upcoming season will not only see the new crew hard at work on the new megayacht, but will also have Nathan trying to prove that he can hack it as a bosun and Max ready to illustrate how much he has matured since his Season 8 struggles. Furthermore, it will mark Sandy and Aesha reuniting for the first time since Aesha’s engagement.
