The Real Housewives of Miami’s Alexia Nepola learned some interesting news about Tom Schwartz on the Sept. 11 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

Talks of swirling dating rumors between the Bravolebs arose when a fan in the clubhouse’s live audience addressed the Vanderpump Rules alum’s recent trip to Miami and his surprise drop-in with Alexia (more on that below). But what made Andy Cohen’s mouth literally drop was the fan revealing that she had seen Tom at a recent appearance in Houston, and he reportedly admitted Alexia was his “Bravo crush.”
The Housewife was taken aback, responding “I did not know that,” adding that their next meetup — perhaps at this year’s BravoCon — was “going to feel different.”
But is a thing between Tom and Alexia possible? Alexia prefaced her response by noting, “He’s very sweet; he is so nice; I love him. He’s a kind person.” Andy and WWHL guest Jennifer Pedranti of The Real Housewives of Orange County readily agreed, and then Alexia confessed, “You never really know,”
“I didn’t see that coming,” Andy said, to which Alexia responded, “Neither did I.”
She also called it “flattering” that men from other shows seemed eager to spark romances with the Housewives. As Alexia put it, “I feel like those guys on those kinds of shows, they’re for it.”

In July, the LA-based bar owner with strong Florida ties dropped into Alexia + Frankie’s Beauty Bar, the full-service salon in Miami Beach co-owned by Alexia and her youngest son, Frankie Rosello.
Both Tom and Alexia shared a few Instagram snaps before joining RHOM’s Marysol Patton and RHOC’s Tamra Judge in Boston for a Bravo and Red Sox crossover event on Aug. 1. In one photo, Alexia wrapped her arms around Tom for a closeup, and in another, they were all smiles in front of the salon’s famous pink door. Elsewhere, Tom called his visit to The Magic City a “VERY HAPPY PLACE.”
In the comments, Alexia said she had “so much fun” and captioned it with a heart-eyed emoji.
What to know about Alexia Nepola’s relationship status and dating life
The unfolding drama of RHOM’s Season 7 sees the Cuban Barbie trying to navigate her back-and-forth relationship with her now-ex-husband, Todd Nepola. Recently, on the Sept. 11 episode, Alexia defended her decision to sleep with Todd, even after Todd filed for divorce.
During a luxurious cruise with the girls, Lisa Hochstein and Guerdy Abraira struck a nerve when calling the couple’s bedroom activities a “booty call,” to which Alexia said, “It’s not a booty call, because he’s my husband.” She added, “It’s not the walk of shame, because he’s my husband.”
Things changed once filming wrapped, though, because in July, Alexia reported having no more contact with Todd.

Alexia Nepola’s dating history explained
Alexia was first married to Pedro “Peter” Rosello, the father of Alexia’s sons, Peter and Frankie. Their relationship began after meeting at a Miami nightclub in the late ’80s and ended in divorce in 1996. Alexia told Bravo’s The Daily Dish that her ex was “a great father,” and the pair remain friendly to this day.
From 2004 to 2016, Alexia was married to businessman Herman Echevarria, a Househusband of RHOM when the series first aired in 2011. At the time of his unexpected 2016 death, the pair had separated, but still kept close. When confirming his passing, Alexia stated their “spiritual and emotional connection was stronger than ever.”
On Season 4, after the show’s eight-year hiatus, Alexia and real estate developer Todd tied the knot in 2021 in a beachside ceremony in St. Barths. She said at the time that the wedding gave her “truly everything [they] wanted.”
Flash forward to when Todd “blindsided” Alexia by walking away from the marriage. As she explained in the Season 7 premiere, “I get home [and] everything was missing. He had moved him and his daughter out.”
