Despite enduring three marital splits, Alexia Nepola hasn’t given up on the idea of marriage. However, there’s only one person with whom she would retie the knot.
“I would only remarry Todd [Nepola],” The Real Housewives of Miami mom recently told Page Six. “Not anybody else.”

Alexia and Todd got engaged in 2019 and exchanged “I do’s” in late 2021. More than two years into their marriage, Todd filed for divorce, citing their marriage as “irretrievably broken.” Alexia confirmed the split in an April 15, 2024, Instagram Story, suggesting Todd’s filing blindsided her.
“I am shocked and heartbroken that Todd has chosen to dissolve our marriage,” she wrote. “I will take comfort in the fact that my friends and family will be by my side supporting me during this difficult time. I’m praying for better times ahead.”
Back in March, Alexia confirmed she and Todd had reached an “amicable” settlement and finalized their divorce. Although their marriage was legally over, Alexia made it clear that her romance with Todd was not finished. The Miami mom spoke about the reconciliation in the RHOM Season 7 premiere (June 11), admitting she was “hesitant” to share the relationship update with her friends.
“I mean, it’s hard not to give Todd another chance,” she said in a confessional. “And it’s hard not to see Todd or talk to Todd when I’m in love with him. I just feel like Todd and I are not finished.”

So, now that she and Todd appear to be on good terms again, many fans have wondered if the couple will give marriage another chance.
“Next season,” she joked during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “You know a Housewife loves to get married on the show. Maybe that’s why we were doomed, because they do say that about the Housewives, that all of us end up getting divorced. I want to disagree with that, but that’s a whole different conversation.
“But you never know,” she said about her and Todd’s potential remarriage. “All we know is that we love each other, and we are very happy with each other. We’re in a good place. We want to be together. The hard thing is that now everybody’s gonna have an opinion.”
Alexia was married to Pedro Rosello — the father of her sons, Frankie and Peter Rosello — from 1992 to 1996. She exchanged “I do’s” with Miami businessman Herman Echevarria in 2004 but called it quits in 2015, about a year before Herman’s death.

Alexia acknowledged that not everyone agreed with her and Todd’s reconciliation, but she refused to let the negativity affect their romance.
“I know how to turn off the sound and turn off the people and just focus on me,” she continued. “I’m the only one who really knows what I want and what makes me happy. I feel like if your friends are really your friends and they love you, they should support you and love you if you’re happy. And they know I’m happy.”
