Fresh off her “nearlywed weekend” in Las Vegas, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum headed to the clerk-recorder’s office to obtain her marriage license. Alexis shared the exciting moment in a September 12 Instagram photo of her and John smiling ear to ear with the legal document.
“Marriage license,” she captioned the Story, which included the check mark emoji.
How Alexis Bellino is “preppin for the aisle”
Alexis and John are set to tie the knot on October 3, according to their online wedding registry. The couple, who got engaged in August 2024, have spent the past several months celebrating their upcoming marriage and preparing for the ceremony. In addition to the aforementioned Vegas getaway, Alexis has embarked on a “pre-wedding” honeymoon and was treated to a lavish bridal shower at an OC jewelry boutique.

The mother of three also received a “wedding Botox” treatment and has been hitting the gym ahead of her big day. Alexis confirmed the latter in a September 2 Instagram photo taken at her OC gym. The photo showed the former Housewife with a dumbbell in hand, while her fiancé sat on a weight-lifting bench, looking directly at the mirror.
“Just preppin for the aisle,” she captioned the snap, followed by white heart emojis.

Alexis continued to tease her “unconventional” wedding plans in a September 9 Instagram Reel, which documented her and John’s Las Vegas getaway with their friends.

“I’ve always said I was doing this wedding unconventional, unique, outside of the box…perhaps a little ‘Un-Ordinary,’” she captioned the video. “And that’s exactly what we did for our Nearlyweds celebration. No nightclubs, just a lot of AMAZING food ….and FUN with mini golf and darts late at night!!!”
She continued: “I am so humbled and speechless and grateful for all the love shown to Johnny and I from all of you… John and I did find something out of the Ordinary… It’s been a rough, long journey getting here, and most couples wouldn’t make it through the vitriol we endured, but we finally feel the Angels on our side. And God was always the Waymaker. [Wedding countdown].”

Fans also learned that multiple Bravolebrities received invites to Alexis’ wedding. This was confirmed during the July 10 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, when RHOC’s Tamra Judge revealed where she stands with her former foe Alexis.
“I’m actually really good friends with Alexis and John,” the OC mom said. “And I will be attending their wedding. Alexis is very sweet, very kind. She calls me all the time to see how I’m doing… I love her. And they’re so in love.”
