The Summer House Season 10 premiere is spilling major tea in the lead-up to Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke’s split.
In the above preview of the Feb. 3 premiere, Amanda and Ciara Miller are lying in bed when the latter asks for the latest about the couple’s four-year marriage. They laugh when Amanda admits that the Loverboy CEO and touring DJ gets on her nerves, but she then steers the conversation toward more serious matters about Kyle’s line of work and cheating rumors.
“I was with some friends the other night, and they were like, ‘We have a friend that’s a DJ, and he has a wife and a kid, and he goes out to DJ, he doesn’t drink, and he goes home as soon as his set’s done,’” Amanda begins. “And I’m like, not Kyle. He finishes his set, he hangs out with the owners, he goes out with fans…”
What’s more, Amanda tells Ciara there was “another f–king rumor” about Kyle that almost made headlines.
“Someone wrote in to Page Six, ‘Oh, apparently Kyle was seeing X, Y, and Z,’ and Kyle was like, ‘There’s no truth to this,’” Amanda continues. “But, it’s just like, I don’t know. The fact that I’m numb to it now scares me. I shouldn’t feel that way.”
“I used to have crazy reactions [to rumors],” she adds in a confessional interview. “Like, I used to call him, I would just be sobbing, and I could not sleep until he got home, and now I’m just like, f–k it; I don’t even care what he’s doing. But, being ‘whatever’ about everything is really not a good sign.”

Amanda goes on to explain to Ciara that she has been dealing with such issues since she and Kyle began dating 10 years ago, but admits that she’s been tolerated his behavior because Kyle seemed “happier” as of late.
“Are you happier?” Ciara wonders, to which Amanda says, “Probably not.”
As Amanda continues to producers, “Once upon a time, I thought you fall in love, and when you choose the person that you want to get married to, you’re happy and then you have kids and then things get difficult … I didn’t think s–t would be this hard in the first few years. Like, this is not where I thought my life would be right now.”

Just weeks before the Summer House Season 10 premiere, Amanda and Kyle announced their split in a joint statement published on their Instagram Stories on Jan. 19.
Both agreed to go their separate ways, asking all for grace and support as they focused on “personal growth and healing.”
“It feels ironic to ask for privacy during this time since we’ve always tried to be open and honest about our relationship, but your kindness and respect will go a long way as we try to navigate our next chapter,” their statement continued.
Both now live in separate homes and remain in “a good spot” post-split.
What to expect from Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke on Season 10 of Summer House
If the above preview wasn’t eye-opening enough, Amanda’s feelings toward Kyle’s DJing job were apparent in the shocking Season 10 trailer.
“I wanted him to stop going out and partying, and he found a career where he goes out late and parties,” she says in the trailer. Later on, she accuses Kyle of falling asleep at a fan’s apartment, not returning until after six in the morning.
But as for Kyle — arriving at the Hamptons in hopes of a drama-free summer — he intimates that Amanda should be more supportive of his work-related endeavors. As he tells Carl Radke, “I play the biggest gig of my life, but Amanda couldn’t care less. I don’t know what matters to her anymore.”

Things only heat up from there, with friends rallying around a crying Amanda and Kyle listing off his issues with the marriage. In what appears to be a table talk about their relationship with the rest of the cast, Kyle slaps the table while screaming, “I’m f–king losing my mind!”
“And here you are, making our problems again the whole group’s problem,” Amanda can be heard saying as Kyle and Carl take a very heated exchange outside.
