Amanda Batula and West Wilson unpacked the latest drama involving Kyle Cooke in a stunning hot mic moment on Summer House Season 10.

Amid a tense, late-night disagreement in the backyard during Episode 8, Kyle had shouted, “F–k you” to Amanda, prompting West to go check on her afterward. He found her getting ready for bed in her and Kyle’s bathroom, where the two had an off-camera conversation that was picked up on their microphones.

“Objectively, nothing just happened,” West reassured her, referring to Kyle’s “bizarre” blowup as being “one hundred percent unprovoked.”

Amanda, meanwhile, was heard crying after she thanked West for understanding. She went on to insist that he had actually just witnessed “a calm version of Kyle,” before adding, “I know I’m not perfect, but I’ve literally been dealing with this for over 10 years. Isn’t that crazy? Like, there is a part of me that’s, like, this is the best I’m ever gonna do.”

As West exited the bathroom, he ran into Kyle entering the bedroom and encouraged him to apologize to Amanda. After offering his opinion that he had disrespected his wife “for no reason,” Kyle reasoned that she’d given him “‘f–k you’ eyes,” something that West denied ever happening.

A bit later, West returned to the bathroom for another off-camera one-on-one with Kyle, who repeatedly claimed that Amanda hated him. Before taking his leave, West insisted that the conflict was all in Kyle’s head. On his way out of the room, West whispered, “I love you” to Amanda, who had crawled into bed in the midst of their bathroom conversation, and told her to text him if she needed anything.

Afterward, West told Ben Waddell that Amanda cried to him for 20 minutes before Kyle showed up.

“With friends, I’ve definitely been conflict-avoidant, but I have no choice but to be a part of the Kyle and Amanda mix because we live together,” West explained in a confessional. “And I care about both of them and I, like, want them both to be happy. And if, like, Kyle’s being a f–king dickhead, like, I don’t know, who has Amanda’s back?”

During Kyle’s birthday party the next day, he and Jesse Solomon unpacked Ciara Miller’s declaration from hours earlier that Kyle and Amanda should separate. Though Jesse said he “was not expecting that” from her, West agreed with Ciara that the couple’s issues felt different this time around.

“For all the bad, I just, like, want to see more good,” West said, before confirming that he “for sure” planned to “address this” with Kyle again.

“I’ve witnessed nothing that would ever make up for, like, what she went through last night,” West added in a confessional, prior to referencing how Kyle had just gifted Amanda a Cartier watch for her birthday. “If I see someone give a f–king nice gift to f–kin’ someone, it’s ’cause they’re probably f–kin’ s–tty in every other way possible. … Gifts are bad.”

Why Kyle Cooke was so upset with Amanda Batula on Summer House

As for what sparked all the drama in the first place, Kyle admitted to feeling neglected by Amanda. After returning home from a night out in the Hamptons, the group briefly danced while Kyle DJed inside but eventually migrated outdoors to the hot tub without him, only exacerbating what he described as feeling “isolated and alone.”

Around 2:00 a.m., Kyle eventually joined them outdoors toting a Bluetooth speaker to continue the party, but Ciara quickly shut him down. At the time, he’d accused Amanda of not being “supportive,” which escalated the conflict that ended with Kyle storming back inside the house.

As Kyle explained it to Amanda in another hot mic conversation afterward, “I’m sorry for saying “F–k you.” I just don’t feel like you’ve paid attention to me. I just don’t feel like you make an effort with me.”

He went on to add, “You ignored me all night love with our friends. You prefer our friends over me.”

When Amanda pushed back, Kyle continued the name-calling, leading her to exit the conversation. At that point, Amanda decided to proceed with celebrating Kyle’s birthday the next day and to simply “act like nothing happened” between them.

As the drama continues on Summer House Season 10, find out everything to know about Kyle and Amanda’s split and the aftermath.
