Amanda Batula and Lindsay Hubbard go way back. Although they have had their differences in the past, the Summer House cast members are in such a good place today and are reflecting on all that they have been through. Both Amanda and Lindsay have also entered a new chapter of their personal lives together, as they are both single.
Amanda is currently separated from her husband and Summer House cast member, Kyle Cooke, while Lindsay is no longer dating her daughter’s father. But they have not really gotten into the logistics of navigating this time by each other’s side. “We don’t know what that’s like, yet,” Amanda admitted when the friends spoke with Page Six‘s Virtual Reali-Tea in a clip posted to Instagram on Feb. 26.
“We’re giving it some time before we really experiment in the single era together,” Lindsay added, noting that she is “excited” for them to take each other out.

During the conversation with the outlet, they also opened up about their longstanding friendship. “I think we have one of the most beautiful relationships on reality TV,” Amanda admitted, with Lindsay adding, “I agree. I’m glad that you said that.”
“I love our story arc, and where we started and where we are now, I think that every hurdle we’ve gone through has made us as close as we are right now,” Amanda noted.
“Totally,” Lindsay added. “I think we have both grown up so much in so many different ways, and we just got closer together.”
Amanda admitted that they’ve been through “so many milestones and traumatic events” together over the course of the 10 seasons of Summer House. They both got engaged on the show, Amanda got married, and Lindsay ended up getting pregnant and having a baby after her former fiancé, Carl Radke, called off their engagement in her next relationship, which also ended.
“You can’t get to know someone better than living with them for 2 months out of the year for 10 years straight,” Amanda said.

Lindsay further touched on Amanda’s single life when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, Feb. 25. The mom of one admitted that she has not given Amanda advice about being single because she should “never give anyone advice about being single and starting over.” “I’m still trying to figure it out,” Lindsay said.
But, she’s optimistic about Amanda’s future, telling WWHL host, Andy Cohen, that Amanda will find love first over Kyle. “Kyle is a workhorse,” she admitted.

Viewers will get to see more of Lindsay and Amanda when In The City premieres in the future. The friends dished on what to expect from the new Bravo show. “I think our show is a good transitional show,” Lindsay told The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025. “We’re not really, like, at a place where we can have a party in the Hamptons in a shared house all summer, every weekend, right?”
Amanda agreed, sharing new details about the show during an episode of BravoCon Live with Andy Cohen on Nov. 19. “I think it’s really about that next chapter in life and that next phase. It’s more about relationships, marriages, families, children, not so much single and partying in the Hamptons.”
