Andy Cohen is, once again, setting the record straight on his cosmetic work.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host responded to speculation about his appearance after his New Year’s Eve special hosting gig with Anderson Cooper. One fan took to Threads, questioning why Andy looked so different during the broadcast, implying the late-night talk show host may have gone under the knife.
“I just saw the new clips of Andy Cohen on NYE and WTF did he do to his face?!?” the viewer wrote in a January 1 post.
Andy responded less than 24 hours later, explaining the reasons behind his new look.
“Did the smallest amount of Botox and lost 20 pounds!” he commented. “And had a lot of makeup on.”

2025 also saw Andy sporting a considerably longer hairstyle, which he said suited his slimmer physique. He dished on the change during his October appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, saying he received “pretty positive feedback” on his new ‘do.
“This summer, I lost some weight,” he said. “I think when your face is thinner, you can carry off longer hair better. And so I was like, ‘Oh, wait, this actually now looks better because my face is a little thinner.’ So I think there’s something happening in tandem.”

“I do think it would be completely hypocritical not to share that I did, this summer, lose a good chunk of weight by micro-dosing a GLP-1 all summer,” he explained in a September broadcast of his Sirius XM radio show. “I was really unhappy with my weight. My doctor and I talked about this last year, had recommended a GLP-1 a few times, to not only address what I was feeling about my weight, but treat plaque in my arteries and high blood pressure. This is a medication that is actually beneficial to a lot of elements of health. And I finally said yes.”
