Andy Cohen is spilling it all about his dating life.
The Bravo exec and host of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen left no stone unturned on the Call Her Daddy podcast when host Alex Cooper got the rundown, from dating eligible men on the dating apps to what Andy looks for in a partner. “I’m on every app,” Andy revealed on the Oct. 29 episode.
The single dad of two also revisited the fact that he’s been kicked off apps because users accuse him of trying to impersonate himself. As he told Cooper, “People have reported me” for being an Andy Cohen-impersonating catfish.
“You know, it’s interesting. Some people are too cool for school, and they’ll say nothing. Some people are like, ‘You look like him.’ Some people are, ‘Why are you sending his picture?’ Some people are like ‘Ew!’” Andy continued. “I mean, like, I get it all.”
Andy Cohen explains why his dating life has changed over the years
Andy went on to share that during his pre-fame days, he met men through Craigslist because “Craigslist was Grindr before there was Grindr.” Now, in the days of social media apps and as the parent of 6-year-old Benjamin Allen Cohen and 3-year-old Lucy Eve Cohen, his dating life looks very different.

“I have kids, obviously, and so dating has really changed, and I meet two kind[s] of people,” he explained. “People that I want to sleep with and people that I want to date, and we all do. And people that I want to date and sleep with, obviously. That’s the goal.”
Andy Cohen describes what he wants in a relationship
Andy said when asked about his type, “I’m like the U.N. It’s all over the map. I mean, come one, come all.”
He continued, “It’s really about a vibe. To date, I like strong, independent, smart, has their own thing going, handsome.”
What Andy found funny about the few meetups he had through Raya was that many were unfamiliar with status on Bravo. As he explained, those men “have mainly not watched Watch What Happens Live and don’t watch the Housewives. And they’re like, ‘No, I’m an architect and I do this’ or ‘I’m a finance guy.’”
When asked whether he liked that, Andy said, “I do like it. Yeah, it’s good.”

What is Andy Cohen’s longest relationship?
Andy was “embarrassed” to admit that his longest relationship lasted three years. “I’m an old guy,” he said. “I’ve been single far longer than I’ve been with people. But I like being single. I have a really good life, so I haven’t been, like, ‘Oh, I’m so lonely.’ And then my kids wound up saving my life. Having kids later in life was the greatest thing I’ve ever done. It’s awesome. I have a family. It’s great.”
