Andy Cohen Posts Moving Update to His New Apartment from Old Home

Andy Cohen is almost done moving out of his longtime West Village home and into his new apartment.

How to Watch

Tune in to WWHL on Bravo Sunday through Thursday and next day on Peacock. Catch up on Bravo.

The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host sold his duplex back in May, after owning it since 2003, with the help of Million Dollar Listing New York alum Ryan Serhant. But now, he is almost fully moved out of it, and giving a look at that process.

Andy recently took to his Instagram Story, where he revealed that he was pretty much done with moving out and into his new apartment. In the photo, one of Andy’s three bedrooms can be seen pretty much vacant. He captured a single mattress sitting on the hardwood floors, alongside two gold sconces, two rolled-up rugs, and a couple of moving boxes. A bathroom also appeared to be vacant, while more moving materials sat in the hallway of the home.

According to Andy, these are the only items left in the bedroom. “What remains,” he wrote over the photo.

This photo comes on the heels of the photo that Andy posted of his empty office earlier in the week. In the photo, posted to his Instagram Story, the office can be seen fully empty, with the exception of his desk with a single lamp sitting on it, and a rainbow-striped rug underneath it. Andy also showed off the staircase, leading down to the first level of the house.

The once bustling office was stripped of all of the books, records, and trinkets that it previously held, with those items now packed away to be moved into the new home. Andy was just a little tearful about this, choosing to caption the photo with a crying emoji with a single tear.

Andy Cohen opens up about the “next phase” of his life in his new apartment

In a December 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Andy opened up about what’s to come from his new place, which is rich with outdoor space and plenty of room for his two children — Benjamin and Lucy Cohen. It’s also symbolic of a new chapter of his life. “This new apartment is a little more sophisticated,” he said.

“It’s about the next phase of my life, which is a little more sophisticated,” he added, opening up about what drew him to his new home. “The outdoor space was really huge. I mean, the outdoor space was the tipping point, cause I’m living in my dream apartment.”

See what else Andy exclusively told The Daily Dish about his new place.
