In a previously unseen moment from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 reunion, Andy Cohen put Angie Katsanevas in the hot seat to address some on-camera digs she made about Lisa Barlow and Meredith Marks.
Reading a viewer-submitted question on Peacock’s extended and uncensored version of the RHOSLC Reunion Part 1, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host asked what kind of an example that she, as a mom, thought she was setting by “attacking” her friends’ physical appearances. The two examples the question cited were Angie calling Meredith “a trampoline with eyes,” and her mentioning “Lisa’s facelift and cankles.”
Though Lisa quickly chimed in to insist that she had not gotten a facelift, Andy said that he wanted Angie “to defend herself,” and she did so by denying that her comments were even insults in the first place.

Unsatisfied with her defense, the ladies briefly argued back and forth, before Angie eventually added more context by calling out some alleged hypocrisy on Lisa’s part, specifically.
As she told it, Lisa had made off-camera remarks to a friend that Angie only looked good because she had some cosmetic work done, while she, on the other hand, was “natural.” Angie claimed that Lisa did have a facelift, however, and she even “saw some little scars,” to prove she had some procedures done. Â
“You were trying to insinuate that I get Botox and filler, and you don’t do anything,” Angie said. “And you did tell me you don’t do anything.”

Lisa, for her part, insisted that she didn’t remember ever commenting on Angie’s cosmetic work, and clarified that she doesn’t “like to do anything” to her face, rather than saying she had never undergone any procedures at all.
After Andy asked Lisa multiple times what work she did have done then, she finally revealed her answer.
“I did go two years with no Botox at all, nothing in my cheeks,” Lisa said. “I really don’t love filler. I’m, like, not a fan of it. It stresses me out a little bit. I did get a CO2 laser, like, around Christmas. And then I did threads. …. I love threads. I think they’re amazing.”
As her RHOSLC castmates expressed skepticism, Lisa continued, “I am so happy with what I have done, and I like myself, no matter how I look. I’ve never judged myself on my looks, I’ve never felt good or better about myself, based on my looks. I like who I am. I like my face, and I don’t want to change it.”
Angie Katsanevas and Lisa Barlow shed new light on their friendship
Despite all the conflict in their friendship — including a later debate about their competing brand partnerships — Angie and Lisa still managed to have some positive moments on the RHOSLC Season 6 reunion, too.
When Andy pointed out that Lisa had to admit that Angie’s one-liners are “pretty top-notch,” for example, she agreed with him.
“She makes me laugh,” Lisa confessed. “Like, when she said, “high body count hair,” … I could not stop laughing. When I watch that clip, I crack up.”

Though Lisa also acknowledged that she and Angie “have a lot of things in common,” Part 1 of the reunion still concluded on a low note for the duo.
“I thought that she was my friend, and then I found out she was trolling me,” Angie announced, before producing a scroll and handing it to Andy. “She says that she’s not the source, but … the person trolling me has the same phone number that Lisa has.”
The episode ended on a cliffhanger, with Lisa cryptically firing back, “Do you want to talk about pictures you have on your phone?”
