Andy Cohen is “so excited” about Carole Radziwill’s return to The Real Housewives of New York City. Earlier this week, it was announced that Carole would join the cast of RHONY Season 16 as a friend after stepping away from the show after Season 10. And Andy has some thoughts about this.
The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host took to his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, on Tuesday, March 3, where he talked to his co-host, John Hill, about the new cast and Carole’s return to the show. “I would like to tell you that I’m so excited about the cast of The Real Housewives of New York City,” Andy said during the episode. “We have been working on this for a while.”
But Carole’s addition was something that came together after she and Andy settled their “feud” in 2025. “I think I took her out for coffee in, was it December or January, and proposed that she be a friend,” Andy explained. “She was very Radzi about it. She was very analytical.”
However, Carole has gotten close to RHONYÂ Season 16 cast member, Erin Lichy, and her husband, Abe Lichy, which Andy thinks contributed to her joining the group. “You know, she’s gotten to be pals with Erin and Abe, like they are actually legitimate friends,” he noted.
“It’ll be good,” Andy concluded.

Carole is also looking forward to RHONY Season 16. She took to the comments of Bravo’s Instagram post announcing her addition as a friend to the cast, where she opened up about this new role in her life. “Well, Bravo fans, you have truly manifested this,” she wrote. “I hope to live up to your expectations! I’m happy to join this amazing group of women to have some fun and make great TV. Stay tuned. And as always, thank you for your loyalty and support. Xx”

Inside Andy Cohen and Carole Radziwill’s relationship today after “falling out”
Carole’s addition to the cast of RHONY Season 16 comes on the heels of her and Andy settling their alleged “feud” in 2025. Carole and Andy had reportedly stopped talking after her exit from RHONY, but made her big return to Bravo by making a surprise appearance on WWHL in August 2025. Andy took to Andy Cohen Live shortly after the WWHL episode where he addressed all of this.
“She and I, as you know, had a big kind of falling out. She asked me to never speak to her again, and then we kind of went at each other, publicly, for years,” he admitted, before revealing that they were able to make up with each other after they began texting. “We really kind of came to a very positive place.”

Carole also took to her Instagram Story at the time, where she reposted the radio clip and opened up about the reunion. “True story…we hadn’t spoken or even bumped into each other in nearly 7 years!” she wrote over the clip. “After another public argument, we quietly settled our differences over text messages. Then, one week later, we bumped into each other at The Polo Bar! The universe had said, enough!”
