Andy Cohen reveals why he really left his former Manhattan duplex

Andy moved into his West Village abode back in June, after enlisting Million Dollar Listing New York agent Ryan Serhant to sell his previous custom-designed duplex. Andy spoke about the move during Bravo Fan Fest 2024, explaining why he decided to part ways with his home of 22 years.

“Outdoor space was the decision! I always have coveted outdoor space,” he told People magazine, adding he also wanted to remain in the West Village. “There is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space. So when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment, which is where I’m living now — my apartment that I built and spent so many years building — that’s what it took.”
