Andy Cohen Shares News on What’s Next for His Radio Career

Get ready to hear more from Andy Cohen! The Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host is celebrating a major milestone and some big news in his radio career, and he could not be more excited about it.

It was announced on Sept. 15 that Andy’s contract with SiriusXM has been extended for another three years. Andy currently has two curated channels on Sirius XM — Radio Andy and Andy Cohen’s Kiki Lounge. On his daily live radio show, Andy Cohen Live, Andy and his co-host, John Hill, interview celebrities and offer their takes on pop culture, weekdays at 10 a.m. 

“I feel incredibly lucky to have a home at SiriusXM that’s allowed me to build a destination for pop culture and fun, featuring talent that I love and admire,” Andy said in a statement. “SiriusXM appreciates talent, and I appreciate them!”

According to the announcement, Andy will continue to curate his music channel, Andy Cohen’s Kiki Lounge. This channel features a “personally crafted eclectic mix of music, reflecting Andy’s musical palette across a variety of moods and occasions, enjoyable for his loyal fans and worthy of music lovers.”

Andy Cohen celebrates the 10-year anniversary of Radio Andy

September also marks the tenth anniversary of Radio Andy and Andy Cohen Live. Andy, John, and the radio show took to Instagram on Sept. 14, where they posted a clip from Andy’s very first episode of Andy Cohen Live.

“I have been waiting for this day for a very long time. I could barely sleep last night. This is it, it’s the launch of Radio Andy on SiriusXM. I’m so excited,” he said in the throwback clip, before the video showed off so many of his exciting guests from the past 10 years, including Jeff Lewis, Kelly Ripa, and Lisa Rinna.

“Thank you to all our listeners, old and new, for being along for the ride,” they wrote in the caption of the post. “Here’s to 10 more years of memories and mayhem.”

Andy Cohen reacts to WWHL being renewed through 2027

In June, it was announced that WWHL was renewed through 2027. Andy’s development deal with NBCUniversal was also extended through 2028, and he could not have been more excited about this.
