Angela Oakley is reflecting on the past year alongside her husband, Charles Oakley.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 16 newcomer took to her Instagram account on Jan. 1, where she posted two new photos of her, Charles, and their adorable blended family of five. Angela and Charles share a daughter, Arleigh, while Charles has a son, Charlie Jr., and Angela has two children— a daughter, Ahmauri, and a son, Aven — from a previous relationship. In the first photo, Angela and Charles can be seen smiling alongside each other wearing black sweaters and denim pants. She also posted a photo of them in the same outfits, posing with three of the four children, with the biggest smiles on their faces. “Moving into 2026 with a grateful heart,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “God above, family around me. My mom, my angel, walking with me. Nothing will stop me.”
“Thankful for the journey, the visibility, and the blessings still unfolding,” she added. “HAPPY NEW YEAR.”

As it turns out, 2025 was a very big year for Angela and Charles, as they celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary together. Angela took to Instagram on July 31, where she posted a video filled with clips and photos, taken over the past nine years of their marriage.

She wrote, “Happy 9 year anniversary baby! I wouldn’t want to do life with anybody but you! I Love you!”

Angela and Charles took their relationship to the PGA Tour championship over the summer. Angela took to Instagram on Aug. 23, where she posted a series of photos of her and her husband taken at the golf event.

“Charles and I had the privilege to attend East Lake for the PGA Tour Championship and be interviewed on Golf Central,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Charles saw some of his golf buddies vying for the chance at a 20 million dollar prize.”

Charles has also shared his own insight into his relationship with Angela. Throughout RHOA Season 16, the couple had been open about the challenges in their marriage. But the former NBA player appeared on Part 3 of the RHOA Season 16 reunion, which filmed in June 2025, where he revealed that he has his wife’s back “through thick and thin.”
“I’m not the guy who just be all over Angela on TV,” he explained. “I don’t try to put on for cameras. And she knows I love her, and I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t love her and the kids.”
