Alexia Nepola and Todd Nepola are officially divorced — but their relationship today remains to be very unique. The Real Housewives of Miami cast member had still been seeing her ex-husband romantically after they reached an “amicable divorce settlement,” but where do they stand today?
During a June 19 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Alexia shed some light on her relationship status with Todd. “So currently, we’re not together,” she said.Â
However, admitted that they were most recently “intimate” with one another “in the last few days.”
When host Andy Cohen pressed on this, Alexia revealed that their relationship goes back and forth daily. “Well, today’s Wednesday, so yeah,” she said.
Watching the ups and downs of their relationship play out on RHOM Season 7 hasn’t been easy. In a recent interview with E! News, Alexia declared, “Imagine how difficult this was for me to have to share.”
She added, “It was raw, it was emotional, it was so hard. Like, you don’t understand.”

“Another special moment was when I closed my eyes, kissed and tossed my flower bouquet into the ocean while thinking of my mom and dad,” she told the publication. “They both loved flowers and the ocean. I could feel both of them right by my side.”

During RHOM Season 7, Episode 1, Alexia shared more details about how she learned of the divorce. After having an “amazing” and romantic date night, she admitted that everything changed the next day.
“I go home [and] everything was missing,” she explained. “He had moved him and his daughter out.”
Alexia revealed that she and Todd had never discussed getting a divorce prior to him moving out. “There was no fight,” she told her cast members. “There was no nothing. That’s why it’s so painful, and, like, I feel like, so betrayed…I was blindsided.”

Alexia and Todd finalized their divorce this March. The former couple reportedly signed their divorce settlement “freely and voluntarily with the assistance and advice of counsel,” according to People.
In a statement to People, Alexia opened up about her plans to continue her relationship with Todd. “After thoughtful reflection, Todd and I have reached an amicable divorce settlement. While our marriage has legally ended, our relationship has not,” she said. “We continue to love and support each other as we navigate this next chapter. Although the exact date of their reconciliation is unknown, Alexia did admit that she was still wearing her wedding ring at Bravo Fan Fest in Miami in November 2024. “Todd and I are trying to figure things out,” Alexia told People at the festival.
“We’re still working on getting better and getting stronger and figuring it out because we really do love each other a lot,” she admitted. “We’re seeing each other and learning how to love each other better.”

Now, seven months later, during her June appearance on WWHL, Alexia admitted that her sons just want her to be happy. “You know, Frankie loves everyone,” she said. “And Frankie has always had a lot of love for Todd. And, you know, Peter [is] the same. They don’t butt into my business.”
“They don’t get involved, because I don’t think it’s healthy for them to get involved,” she revealed in a June interview with E! News. “And I’ve always had a healthy relationship with both of my boys…my kids just want me to be healthy and happy.”
