Ariana Biermann is loving her new home. In fact, she described it as “perfect.”
The Next Gen NYC cast member copped her Manhattan apartment back in October, shortly after announcing her breakup with Hudson McLeroy. She briefly dished on her living situation during the Battle of the Sexes panel at BravoCon 2025, when moderator Jerry O’Connell congratulated her on her new digs.

“Thank you so much,’ Ariana said. “I just moved five minutes away from Riley [Burruss].”
“Now we’re, like, neighbors,” fellow panelist Riley added.
Ariana shared a peek at her new home in an October 17 Instagram video, documenting her emotional move from the apartment she previously shared with Hudson. Riley was among those who took to the comments section with a congratulatory message.
“Can’t wait for our new apt,” The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter jokingly wrote.
“LMAO i love that you live 5 minutes from me now!!!” Ariana replied. “Basically roommates.”

Gia Giudice shares more details on Ariana Biermann’s NYC apartment
Ariana isn’t the only Next Gen NYC cast member who has moved in the past few months. Emira D’Spain got a new apartment back in September, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter Gia Giudice officially relocated to Jersey City this month to be closer to Manhattan. And while the latter was technically living outside the Big Apple, she revealed that her new home wasn’t too far from Ariana’s.
“I’m so excited to move into my apartment,” Gia said in an October 19 TikTok video filmed from Ariana’s new apartment. “Ariana sees the Statue of Liberty, and so do I. So I literally think we’re across the water from each other.”
Ariana Biermann clarifies her financial situation after Hudson McLeroy split
Roughly a week after moving into her new home, Ariana offered some clarification about her living and financial situation.
“I do want to say a little something to all the people who said, ‘She’s going to have to move back to Atlanta. Oh, my god, she’s broke as f–k’: Welcome to my apartment, bitch,” Ariana said in an October 23 Instagram Reel. “I am paying my own rent. Congratu-f—king-lations to me.”

Ariana insisted she was “living well within [her] means” and even got a roommate.
“I do live with my best friend,” she revealed. “We moved in together because, frankly, I don’t want to pay the full rent, and he’s my best friend in the world, so it works out perfectly.”
Ariana also confessed that she was completely “shattered” by her split from Hudson, whom she began dating back in high school. And while the situation took a heavy toll on Ariana’s emotional state, she told Jerry she had found herself in a much, much better place.
“I’m great,” she said. “I’m the happiest I’ve ever been.”
