There’s no stopping Next Gen NYC’s Ariana Biermann as she enters life as a single woman, and she’s showing up with a brand new look.
Following her breakup from Hudson McLeroy, the Georgia-raised entrepreneur and content creator debuted a stunning before-and-after look of her new hair, just the latest of her “next chapter” era. Said Ariana from the salon chair, “Give me brunette mink hair,” as seen on her Instagram Stories, followed by the stunning debut of her waist-long and freshly highlighted mane. Wearing a black getup with a vest-style top, she flaunted her waves to the tune of Etta James’s “At Last.”
In another video shared by hair extension specialist Britt Hernandez, Ariana added, “I want to be a rich brunette but also want dimension.”
How Ariana Biermann is navigating life amid her breakup from Hudson McLeroy
The Oct. 26 video comes less than two weeks after Ariana confirmed her split from Hudson, but she shows no signs of letting that slow her down. Within that timeframe, she moved into her very own high-rise apartment with a spectacular view of the skyline as “the sole person on the lease” and celebrated her 24th birthday with friends.
Recently, the daughter of The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Kim Zolciak also gave it to naysayers when stating, “I’m not going anywhere,” explaining she was self-sufficient and doing just fine since moving out of her and Hudson’s once-shared home.

From inside her new place, she said during an Oct. 23 Instagram reel, “I do want to say a little something to all the people who said, ‘She’s going to have to move back to Atlanta. Oh, my God, she’s broke as f–k’: Welcome to my apartment, bitch. I am paying my own rent. Congratu-f—king-lations to me.”
She clarified that someone else also lived with her to help with financial matters, even though she was “living well within [her] means.”
“I do live with my best friend,” Ariana said. “We moved in together because, frankly, I don’t want to pay the full rent, and he’s my best friend in the world, so it works out perfectly.”
New details on Ariana Biermann and Hudson McLeroy’s split
In the aforementioned reel, Ariana confessed she was still dealing with the fallout of her and Hudson’s breakup.
Said Ariana, “I’m f—king heartbroken. Shattered. I am shattered … I don’t know what the future holds, and I really have faith in God that God will just continue to guide me to where I need to be. What is meant to be will always be. I’m just figuring out my life and just focusing on me.”
When Ariana announced the breakup on Oct. 14, she stated, “We both know it’s what’s best for us right now.” Before then, the on-and-off couple had dated since their junior high days in the peach state before both sought the Big Apple to start their own fashion brand. For his part, Hudson said people deserved to hear both sides of the story, and although he still loved his ex, “I still have a lot of things I need to heal from and deal with on my own to become the person I truly want to be.”
Last week, the former couple’s cast mate, Gia Giudice, gave her thoughts on the split in an interview with Julia Cunningham on Sirius XM’s Radio Andy:
“[Ariana’s] gonna flourish on her own, and I think they both kind of need this time for themselves, and we’re still young,” Gia said. “So, it’s all about figuring it out.”
