Ariana Biermann isn’t quite used to her mother’s new home.
The Next Gen NYC cast member revealed this in a recent interview with Comments by Celebs, just months after her mom, Kim Zolciak, relocated to Cobb County, Georgia. Ariana admitted she felt a bit “weird” when visiting her family’s new digs, as she still considered their old Atlanta mansion their “home.”

“My mom’s new house, though, is gorgeous. It’s perfect for her,” Ariana said in the July 10 episode. “And it’s so crazy still. Like when I go over there, I’m like, ‘This is weird. Like, this is really weird. Like, why are you not at home?’ I’m like, ‘Wait, I don’t know. Things aren’t adding up.’”

Ariana and her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, moved to New York City in 2024 and recently signed a two-year lease on a new apartment. Although The Real Housewives of Atlanta daughter is loving life in the Big Apple, she regularly visits the ATL to spend time with her family.

“I go back pretty often. I just got home yesterday. I was seeing my siblings,” she told the podcast hosts. “Over the holidays, I’m there quite often, so I can spend it with my family.”
Ariana said she had spent about two months in Atlanta earlier this year, helping her family move into their new home and get “everything together.”
“I still go back at least, I would say, once a month or once every month and a half,” she revealed.

Kim and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, sold their Atlanta home for $2.75 million in early 2025, more than 12 years after they purchased it. Although the sale occurred during the exes’ contentious years-long divorce, Ariana insisted she still had fond memories of her former home and tried not to dwell on the negative.

“Last time I was there was probably right around Christmas (2024),” she said. “When I went to that house, I was like, I’m so sad to leave it… my little siblings grew up in this house. I remember them being just little babies, and now they’re grown. I only remember such positive, grateful things from that place, and I think it will always hold a special place in my heart.”

Although Kim has yet to finalize her divorce from Kroy, she appears to be thriving in her new chapter. She reflected on her 2025 journey in a May 20 Instagram post in which she celebrated her 47th birthday.
“I want to say thank you for so much for all the birthday wishes and love I received yesterday,” Kim wrote in the caption of the post. “I’m forever grateful and blessed to have so many amazing humans in my life. 2025 has been incredible already. I can’t believe I’m 47! Funny how old that seemed when I was 27! I feel the best I have in years and honestly, I had no idea what peace was until this past year.”
In addition to reentering the dating scene, the RHOA alum has remained busy raising her young children, enjoying tropical getaways, and, of course, settling into her new home.
