Ashley Darby is finally coming clean about a secret she’s kept for two seasons of The Real Housewives of Potomac—and it involves OG Charrisse Jackson-Jordan and her 27-year-old son, Jackson.
In a preview of Season 10, Episode 12 airing Sunday, Dec. 21 (watch above), viewers see a flashback to a dinner between Ashley, Charrisse, and Gizelle Bryant, which took place two days before the Potomac and Ponies event. As Gizelle casually asks Charrisse about her kids, Ashley looks down at her plate and starts laughing to herself. When Charrisse asks why she’s giggling, Ashley decides it’s time to reveal a previously unseen RHOP moment.
“Remember the night after the crab boil?” Ashley asks, referring to the 2023 iteration of Charrisse’s annual Crab Boil, which fans saw in Season 8, Episode 16. “Jackson drove me home because I was a little inebriated.”
After Charrisse tells Ashley to “spit it out,” the mom of Dylan and Dean reveals, “We might have had a little smooch.” The revelation sends Charrisse into laughter.
Gizelle reacts instantly, announcing, “Whoa! I might start sweating,” as Ashley adds, “I’m perspiring here.” Charrisse chimes in, “Now I’m super sweaty.”

During the preview, Ashley spills all the tea on her previously unseen kiss with Charrisse’s son, Jackson, who is 10 years younger than she is.
Recounting the night in question, Ashley explains how things escalated after Jackson walked her home. “We got to my house, and Jackson came in to use the bathroom,” she says. “When he was holding his hand out with my key, I went to take it, and he grabbed my hand and pulled me to him.” Letting out a dramatic sigh, she adds, “I saw a different side of him that night.”
While Charrisse laughs off the revelation at first, she does accuse Ashley of “playing” with her son. Ashley quickly shuts that down. “No, no, no,” she insists. “I think we just needed a little comfort from each other in the moment.”

Still, Ashley hints that the encounter may not have stopped at a kiss. “If it didn’t end at the kiss, you’d be okay with it?” she asks suggestively. A stunned Charrisse can only respond, “I gotta digest on this one.”
“Oh my god, I know—me too,” Ashley admits. “I honestly didn’t know if I was ever going to tell you this.”
The awkwardness carries over into RHOP Season 10, Episode 12, when Ashley is shocked to come face-to-face with her former hookup at the party. “I had no idea Jackson was coming today with Charrisse,” she says, before adding with a laugh, “Yeah, he’s got those nice, full lips.”
Despite the interaction, Charrisse appears unfazed. Ashley even puts both Jackson and his mom on her tug-of-war team at the event, and the moment ends with everyone smiling.
