Audriana Giudice says she and Dina Manzo aren’t as close as they used to be. The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter reflected on the relationship during her July 14 appearance on Casual Chaos, a podcast series hosted by her big sister Gia Giudice.
Around the eight-minute mark, Gia asked Audriana about her bond with “Aunt Dina,” who is also Audriana’s godmother. Audriana confessed she and the RHONJ alum have drifted apart over the past several years and rarely communicate outside special occasions.

“I mean, we don’t really have a relationship anymore,” Audriana said. “We’ll text each other on holidays, [but] I never talk to her consistently. I mean, and it’s kind of sad because we used to have such a good relationship when I was younger, and she would always take me out, and we would have so much fun together, but we don’t have those anymore.”

Gia preemptively quashed rumors about an Audriana-Dina fallout, reminding listeners that Dina hasn’t lived in New Jersey for quite some time.
“I don’t think anything necessarily happened,” the Next Gen NYC cast member said. “I think it’s just hard because [Dina is] in California, and the distance [makes it difficult].”
Audriana co-signed Gia’s comment.
Dina Manzo agrees to be Audriana Giudice’s godmother
Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, welcomed Audriana in September 2009. Bravo viewers got one of their first looks at Audriana in RHONJ Season 2, Episode 12 (August 2, 2010), which documented Dina’s first interaction with newborn Audriana.
“She’s just like this perfect little princess,” Dina said in the episode, which showed her visiting Teresa and Audriana in the hospital. “She was just so perfect and beautiful.”
Teresa Giudice says she wants Audriana to be just like Dina Manzo
Hours after giving birth, Teresa asked Dina to be her youngest daughter’s godmother. Dina immediately became emotional and accepted the role.
“I just love everything about,” Teresa told Dina. “In Italian, they say you’re supposed to pick [a godparent] that you would want your daughter to be like, and I would want her to be just like you.”

“You hear that? You’re gonna be crazy like Aunt Dina,” Dina said before reflecting on the experience in a confessional. “It means a lot to me, especially because we’re such good friends. This kind of makes us family forever.”
Dina left the Garden State in 2015 and relocated to California with her daughter, Lexi Iaonnou. The former Housewife went on to marry Dave Cantin in 2017 and splits her time between California and Florida.
