Bozoma Saint John said an enthusiastic “yes, of course, yes” to marrying Keely Watson on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, Episode 17. Of course, the proposal was accompanied by an incredible engagement ring, which Boz shared more about on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show.
Boz shared that Keely traveled all the way to India to choose the 4.2-carat sparkler. “He knows the importance of India to me and jewelry,” Boz explained on the After Show.
As she pointed to other rings on her fingers, she continued, “These two rings that I wear are very significant to me because this ring I bought in India in Jaipur. It was the first ring I bought for myself after I took off my wedding rings,” she shared, referencing the passing of her first husband, Peter Saint John, in December 2013.
“The second one, I bought when I went to my friend Priyanka Chopra’s wedding,” she revealed. “The person who made [Priyanka’s] wedding band made me this… I went to the wedding by myself… I was getting all the emotions where I was like, ‘I don’t want to have to wait the rest of my life for somebody to come and give me an eternity band, so I’m going to get one for myself,’” she recalled. “These rings, this jewelry, and India mean a lot to me.”

Though Boz seemed genuinely shocked when Keely surprised her with a proposal surrounded by friends and family at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood on August 29, 2025, she revealed that she did have an inkling that something was coming.
“Now, the only time I got suspicious about him going to India was that he would only leave me messages from his hotel room. And I was like, ‘You’re not gonna go see [landmarks]?’” she recalled on the After Show. “And I was like, ‘What is he doing there?’ You know? Like, why would he be over there if he’s not out and about?”
She continued, “And so I was like, ‘Could he possibly?’ But it just seemed so far-fetched that I was like there’s no way he would actually go to India.”

Of course, we now know that Keely was in fact in India to buy her ring, and what followed was a beautiful proposal in a room full of loved ones, including Boz’s 16-year-old daughter, Lael.
“My heart is beating so fast, I feel like everybody can hear it,” Boz recalled of the proposal during the April 9 episode of RHOBH. “I cannot believe that this moment is here. I’ve been thinking about it. Dreaming about it. Envisioning how I would be in it. Stoic and fabulous and laughing, but all I want to do is cry. I can’t even believe that I’m here.”
“I haven’t allowed myself to truly dream of this moment again,” Boz admitted. “I feel like I’ve been blessed to have been loved once and to have been proposed to once, to have been married once. And the thought that it could happen again felt like lightning striking.”

Boz has already dropped hints about the big days, revealing during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in October 2025 that she and Keely are planning two weddings.
“We are having two ceremonies. We’re going to have a traditional, Ghanaian marriage ceremony in Ghana, and we will have a wedding in Beverly Hills,” she explained on the After Show.
The weddings are planned for the summer of 2026, and as far as the guest list, RHOBH castmates Rachel Zoe and Dorit Kemsley will be invited. When asked by a producer if “all of the ladies” on the cast would be getting an invite, Boz joked, “We’ll see who I like.”

During an interview with The Daily Dish in March, Boz opened up more about the wedding planning process. “It’s so hard,” she said of planning two ceremonies. “And it’s not just two weddings, [it’s] on two different continents. So I am just trying to act like my weddings are also business plans.”
She added, “I have status meetings every week with each wedding planner and teams. I have my check-off and to-do lists. I’ve budgeted. You know, so I’m treating it like any other business.”
