Bozoma Saint John has brought viewers along on her journey to have a baby with her fiancé, Keely Watson on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, and during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, she gave an update on where things stand amid their fertility struggles today.
“I’m still on the damn journey. I’m still taking my damn hormones,” she revealed in the April 2 After Show episode. “We’re still going.”
“I think as the practicalities of this journey are on me, you know, I can’t keep trying forever. At some point, I’ve gotta let it go. And if it’s not working, and we still want a baby—which we do—then we’ve gotta figure out something else,” Boz, who is currently on her third round of IVF treatments, shared. “I don’t know when this journey ends. I don’t know how many times I can feel the loss. I don’t know how many times my heart can take it.”
“There’s always the options of donor eggs, there’s the option of adoption. [There are] lots of options, but we just have to decide when we want to stop doing this,” she shared. “Look, now I’ve been on these hormones for well over a year. It’s a long time.”

Though the road has been tough, Boz and Keely’s relationship is stronger than ever. “We communicate so well and very honestly. I mean, he knows everything that I’m feeling,” Boz shared. “The complicated stuff. The stuff that I’m scared to say out loud, that he makes me say out loud.”
She continued, “He’s never been a parent before. You know, this is the first time he’s going through any of this. His fears and his concerns, we talk about all of that.”
During RHOBH Season 15, Episode 16, Boz and Keely were joined by Boz’s 16-year-old daughter, Lael, for a house-hunting excursion (which was filmed ahead of Boz and Keely’s August 2025 engagement).

“House hunting is the first step in Keely and I putting our lives together, formally,” Boz shared in the episode. “So this is a very, very big deal.”
As the realtor pointed out a bedroom, Boz mentioned that it could be a nursery. Later, she shared that her relationship remained solid, even with fertility struggles.
“Keely has expressed that, regardless of if we have a baby together or not, we are putting our lives together. So, everything feels like it’s moving in the right direction,” Boz told producers during the April 2 episode.

Boz has previously opened up about her hesitation in trying to have another baby, after suffering from complications in previous pregnancies, and has said that the possibility of a surrogate is on the table. During the After Show, Rachel Zoe inquired if Boz had any “guilt” about the idea of not carrying a child herself.
“I feel better about it, because it was tough for me,” Boz shared. “I was nervous about not carrying our baby because one, I don’t want him not to have the experience of a pregnant wife.”
“I think for me, there’s just some feelings of like…I don’t know what that person is doing,” Boz continued. “How do I give control of this very precious process to somebody else?”
During a March 5 interview with The Daily Dish, Boz admitted that sharing her fertility journey so publicly has only added to her fears.
“It’s like, the journey itself is tough. And then when you have other people feeding into your doubt and into your fear, it just makes everything worse,” she explained.
“On the other side, I have heard thousands — when I say thousands, I’m not even exaggerating — of stories of people who have not had a baby,” Boz continued. “People who have gone six rounds, people who went one round. It’s just like storytelling. And what I really love is the tapestry of what women and families go through in order to expand is remarkable. And I’m actually kind of saddened that it’s not a more public story. You know, that people feel like they have to say it quietly and in the shadows.”
