Angie Katsanevas ran into a big problem on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6, Episode 5 when Britani Bateman discovered she had listed her home for sale without asking her to be her real estate agent.
“I mean, Britani, I just barely met you, and I have lifelong friends,” Angie reasoned, adding that her agent is none other than her godson’s mother.
In response, Britani — who became an agent at Sold on SLC‘s Jennifer Yeo’s Presidio Real Estate back in January — began to analyze Angie’s listing. As she noted, “Looks like there was a price adjustment. That’s not good.”
Angie, for her part, first put the $4.5 million home she shares with husband Shawn Trujillo and their daughter Elektra on the market in September 2024. Fast-forward to the latest RHOSLC episode, and Angie telling Britani that the house had indeed been for sale “for a minute.”
“I do think that it’s listed a little high,” Britani pointed out. She then asked disbelievingly: “And it’s been listed for 200 days?”
Angie responded, “You don’t know anything about homes in my neighborhood. It’s the most prestigious zip code in Salt Lake City.”
Britani, Whitney Rose, and Lisa Barlow then proceeded to debate the richest zip code to live in Salt Lake City, but before long, Britani continued her real estate analysis. “You had a price adjustment — [ that’s] a really bad sign,” she insisted.
Angie disagreed, asking, “What’s it a bad sign of? When your house is on the market for some time, and your agent suggests you should do a little price reduction—“ but she was interrupted by Britani.
“Because you should price it correctly the very first time, where you’re going to get multiple offers right off the bat,” Britani suggested, but Angie called her “f—king clueless.”
Britani was angry at Angie’s words. “Are you kidding me? It’s my profession. Don’t insult what I do,” she retorted, but Angie fired back, “Don’t insult my house.”

Has Angie Katsanevas sold her house yet?
Angie updated The Daily Dish in an exclusive interview in September, stating, “We still have not sold our house.”
But, she added, there’s no rush to get the 6400-square foot home off the market. “We love our house and, you know, we’re kind of [at] the point to where we had a certain amount of time we would try and list it and see what happens,” Angie added. “And we haven’t sold it yet, we’re still there, but we’ll just see. I think we’re kind of just going with the flow on this one.”
Angie Katsanevas reveals her vision for her next home
Angie had her daughter Elektra —who rides and competes in horse shows— in mind when dreaming up her next home.
“I wanna live [in] a little wine country, and property with peacocks and horses,” she shared with the ‘Wives on the Oct. 14 episode. “We’ve always had a modern house, and a little yard, so, it would be nice.”
Angie also previously told The Daily Dish in 2024 that the idea was to get more land for Elektra and her horse to roam, adding, “She has been driving us crazy to have horse property.”

“And then I’ll move into [Whitney’s] neck of the woods, and get a little property, and have horses,” she added on RHOSLC. “Goats. Vineyards. That’s my goal.”
Angie also noted moving to more land would fulfill Elektra’s “lifelong dream” to spend “the rest of her childhood living on horse property with dogs and multiple horses, and just living that little ranch life that she dreams of.”
Angie and Shawn envision building a “one-level modern home” with “one big open entertaining space where all the square footage is on one level.”
