Days after surprising fans with news about her recent mystery surgery, The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright seemingly confirmed just what she went under the knife for. The mom of one stated she would talk “all about [her] mommy makeover and more” in an AMA with her followers on her Instagram Stories on Oct. 1.
That post seemed to reveal she had, in fact, gotten a mommy makeover cosmetic surgery after sharing a post-procedure photo earlier this week in which she didn’t go into specifics. What’s become known as a “mommy makeover” is often an all-in-one method of incorporating multiple surgical procedures during a single visit. The more common procedures, designed to give women the body they had before having a baby, include breast lifts, liposuction, and tummy tucks, among other possible procedures, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Brittany has yet to share specifics, although she has been transparent about cosmetic procedures in the past.

Brittany first revealed via Instagram on Oct. 5 that she had a prcedure, as seen in a mirror selfie of the mom from her at-home recovery. She offered a close-lipped smile while standing in her bathroom, capturing the compression bandages wrapped around her midsection with post-surgical drains attached. As for why she chose to do it? She wrote with the post, “When they said ‘remove what no longer serves you,’ I took it literally.”
She added, “In all seriousness, y’all know I always keep it real — and sooo … I did a thing. Something I’ve wanted to do for years, and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier. Still recovering, but feeling stronger (and lighter) every day. Can’t wait to share more with you soon!”
Brittany has 4-year-old Cruz Michael Cauchi to help make things better … at least when it comes to showing his love. That’s because, as Brittany shared on her Instagram Stories, her only child sweetly offered a flower to brighten her day. Said Brittany, “Cruzy picked a flower from the garden to keep by my bed as I recover. He comes in throughout the day to gently give me hugs and kisses.”
Cruz isn’t the only one sending the Kentucky Bravoleb well wishes. On social media, friends of The Valley and Vanderpump Rules jumped online with overwhelming support. Longtime Kentucky BFF Zack Wickham wrote he was “so happy” for Brittany. Kristen Doute stated, “My gorgeous girl! Dropping that dead weight and went for the upgrade!!”
Scheana Shay and Janet Caperna also lent kind words.
What other cosmetic procedures has Brittany Cartwright had?
Last year, amid her separation, Brittany underwent an AirpScult procedure, which offers a less-aggressive form of liposuction with the help of laser surgery. She explained at the time that she opted for fat removal from her abdomen, plus contouring. ”Now I am smaller and feel great about it,” she happily reported.
All part of Brittany’s post-separation attempts to bring back her sparkle.
