While preparing for her latest photoshoot, The Valley cast member gave fans a little taste of what she and the photographer had in store. Brittany posted a mirror selfie in which she was rocking gray sweatpants, a graphic tee, hair rollers, and an incredible makeup look.
“Shoot day!” she captioned the Instagram Story. “Can’t wait for y’all to see this.”

Although Brittany’s glam was the highlight of the post, one couldn’t help but notice the stunning backdrop. The Vanderpump Rules alum snapped the photo inside her Valley Village home’s primary bathroom, which she previously described as her “favorite” space.
The image showed off the white shiplap walls and matching countertops, the light beige tile floors, and a small glam station complete with an acrylic chair and light blue ottoman. The standout, however, was the freestanding bathtub that sat right in front of the massive single-pane window.

Brittany Cartwright reveals her go-to place for “me time”
Brittany spoke about her en-suite bathroom during a 2024 home tour for BravoTV.com. The video was filmed about five years after Brittany purchased the property with her now-estranged husband, Jax Taylor.

“This is my favorite room of the whole entire house,” she said. “This is our primary bathroom — my bathtub. This is my me time. Jax and [her son] Cruz are not allowed [in] whenever I’m in here. Right, Jax?”
“Right,” Jax replied before showing off his side of the his-and-hers sink area. “The house is probably around 4,600 square feet. And I have this right here.”
“And the garage!” Brittany joked.
The bathroom went heavy on the minimalist vibes, as most of the elements were presented in white or off-white colorways. The sink and bathtub fixtures were kept matte black, which matched perfectly with the walk-in shower featuring black marble walls.

Brittany and Jax announced their split in early 2024, less than five years after getting married. On the heels of the separation, Brittany moved out of her family home and lived in various Airbnbs before Jax got his own apartment in the summer of 2024. Brittany and her 4-year-old boy, Cruz, now live at the Valley Village house with their new puppy, Dolly, who hasn’t had any trouble making herself right at home.
Brittany shared an update on their furry family member on Monday, July 15, posting a photo of the adorable pup sitting atop their sofa table.
