Bronwyn Newport is dealing with a lot on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6.Â

Following the conclusion of RHOSLC Season 5, the mom of one was “moving forward” with her husband Todd Bradley as their marriage had only grown stronger, while her friendship with Lisa Barlow was “fraught” — however, things are different on RHOSLC Season 6.
“On the heels of a fiery reunion, Bronwyn Newport navigates her place with the women and seeks to find a path forward in the group,” an announcement for the new season reads. “At home, Bronwyn has relocated her parents to Salt Lake City after a series of health scares and a devastating diagnosis, but tensions reach a boiling point when her mother strikes a chord with her harsh critiques.”
Elsewhere, in the RHOSLC Season 6 trailer, Bronwyn can be seen telling her fellow ‘Wives that they have to “be honest” about something, and talking to her mom about her pregnancy with her daughter, Gwen, which happened when she was a teenager.
“My mom is disappointed in me, she’s made that very clear,” Bronwyn states in the trailer.
On a lighter note, Bronwyn is not backing down from wearing some seriously fun fashion. In the trailer, she can be seen donning a shrimp costume in one moment, and an octopus on her face in another. Bronwyn also took to Instagram shortly after the trailer was released, where she wrote about this moment with the octopus.

“Octopus are known for having nine brains and being incredibly intelligent,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “They can solve complex puzzles, navigate mazes, and learn from their environment and adapt their behavior, even rewiring their brains to cope with different ocean (and group) temperatures. If only they knew which prosthetic glue was humidity proof! Here comes [RHOSLC] Season 6!”

In the trailer, Bronwyn can also be seen sitting down with Todd for an emotional conversation. “You know how I feel about when people misunderstand me,” she says with tears in her eyes. “I shouldn’t have to feel misunderstood with you two.”

Bronwyn also seemingly confides in Mary Cosby about her relationship, in the trailer, over a meal. “What if I’m wrong? And I’m going to look like a fool? And he humiliates me?” Bronwyn asks Mary.Â

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City returns to Bravo with a supersized episode on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
