Following some major friendship ups and downs, Bronwyn Newport and Lisa Barlow ended The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 in much the same place where they began.
In the final moments of the RHOSLC Season 6 finale, Lisa went toe-to-toe with Bronwyn while defending bestie Meredith Marks against insinuations that her husband, Seth Marks, might have had an affair. Post-filming, Bronwyn exclusively revealed during a pre-reunion visit to Bravo HQ that the ice had still yet to thaw between her and her fellow snowflake holder.
“I do not speak to Lisa,” Bronwyn updated viewers. “I mean, it would be hard for me to speak to Lisa. I believe she has me blocked on everything. I don’t know, but that’s the impression I get, because people have to screenshot me negative comments she says about me. I don’t actually see them in person.”

Why Bronwyn Newport and Lisa Barlow stopped speaking after RHOSLC Season 6
What sealed the deal for Bronwyn, she said, was the fact that she “did not hear from” Lisa when her father, David Richard Newport, died unexpectedly in June 2025.
“My dad passed after filming, and I heard from everybody on the cast, no matter where I stood with them at the end of filming, with the exception of Lisa,” Bronwyn shared. “And I think that kind of sums up why I’m just really not interested in anything from her at this point. If you don’t have sympathy for somebody who’s unexpectedly lost a parent, I’m really meaningless to you. And I don’t have people in my life who treat me that way, no.”

Elsewhere in the interview, Bronwyn went back to beginning, explaining that she was “really truly hurt” by Lisa after their heated arguments at the RHOSLC Season 5 reunion.
“I thought we were much closer than she was making out to be on camera and in front of the women,” Bronwyn elaborated. “So, to have her say to me in New York, you know, ‘I never knew you. I never cared about you. You were never important to me,’ that was new information that I was processing in front of everyone watching at home. And it was really hurtful.”
Bronwyn said as much when she brought up Lisa’s lawsuits at the beginning of Season 6. The two eventually called a truce, but as the season progressed, Bronwyn suspected Lisa had leaked information about her past legal issues, in addition to allegedly spreading cheating rumors about her husband, Todd Bradley, and discussing personal details about her daughter, Gwen.

“I did want a friendship with Lisa, despite our ups and downs,” Bronwyn added. “And I think you see, throughout the season… I was like Goldilocks trying out different things with Lisa. First, I fought back and I was like ‘Oh, if I don’t mean anything to you, then I guess you won’t care if I bring up your lawsuits, or if I tell you I think you’re a liar.”
She continued, “It’s not natural to me to want to fight that way, and so you see me apologize to her. You see me just kind of say, ‘We’re just gonna be civil.’ And I realized, oh, we’re not even just gonna be civil. She’s gonna continue to talk about my daughter and this really sensitive thing that I specifically told her is hurtful to my child. It’s hurtful to my family.”
“But I am hoping the best for Baby Gorgeous, always,” Bronwyn concluded. “Whether or not I wanna see her is a different story.”
