Brooks Marks has traded his Utah home for NYC, and his sister, Chloe Marks, and their older brother, Reid Marks, have followed. The Next Gen NYC cast member currently lives a fabulous life with his friends in Manhattan (as seen in the video above), and is so grateful that his younger sister has followed suit.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast member Meredith Marks, and her husband, Seth Marks, have three fabulous children together. Brooks recently chatted with The Daily Dish, where he opened up about what it’s like having Chloe in Manhattan and appearing alongside him on Next Gen NYC.
“I feel grateful that she’s a part of it,” he said. “I feel like she fits in well with this whole group and she brings a lot when she’s around. And, obviously, I’m so close with my sister, and it’s so nice to get her to have to be a part of this journey.”
Brooks also revealed that he’s happy that fans get to see his relationship with their parents from his own perspective. “I think it’s so fun for viewers to get to see what my relationship with my parents looks like when I’m not visiting them at home and when they’re more so in my city, if I can claim New York,” he noted.

Who is Meredith Marks’ daughter, Chloe Marks?
Chloe is Meredith and Seth’s youngest child. The 23-year-old currently lives in Manhattan after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2023. Meredith told The Daily Dish in October 2023 that Chloe has a “business mind and creative mind.”
Chloe is also very close to Brooks. She made her first appearance on Next Gen NYC Season 1, Episode 1, when she helped Brooks out with a photoshoot, and later got asked out by Next Gen NYC cast member, Charlie Zakkour.
Meredith took to Instagram in July 2024, where she penned the sweetest tribute to Chloe in honor of her birthday. “You continue to amaze me every day with your strength, kindness, and intelligence,” she wrote. “I am so proud to be your mother and I can’t wait to see all the incredible things you will accomplish in the years to come. I love you more than words can express.”
Inside Brooks Marks’ Life in NYC
Brooks is a 25-year-old fashion designer who is having so much fun with his friends in New York City and working as the creative director for his mother’s company. He also is a “model, clothing designer, entrepreneur, activist, and a member of the Marks family,” he stated in Next Gen NYC Season 1 Episode 1, graduating from New York University in 2022 after taking a semester off to work on his brand.
Brooks has so much love for his mom, who is also his boss. “I love my mom, she’s amazing, but it definitely does feel like you’re living in someone’s shadow,” he stated during the premiere episode.
Meredith is very proud of her middle child. “To me, as a mother, all you want to do is see your children thriving,” Meredith told TODAY in September 2023. “I think we all know, a few years back, he had a bit of a bumpy road. I’ve seen him come out of that and just be on an upward trajectory. So I couldn’t be happier.”
Who is Meredith Marks’ son Reid Marks?
Reid is the oldest son of Meredith and Seth at 28 years old, and keeps a much lower profile than his younger siblings, even though he lives in NYC alongside them, according to his Instagram profile.
Meredith gave some reasoning behind this during an appearance at BravoCon 2022. “My oldest son, Reid, is [in New York City] working in the finance world,” she shared.
Reid, a University of Michigan graduate, is currently the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Havenly Ventures, a real estate asset management firm. Reid is also super active in traveling the world, according to his Instagram account, which is filled with photos of him hanging out with his friends on vacation.
In January 2024, Brooks gave Reid a sweet shoutout on Instagram, wishing a happy birthday to “the best brother [ever].”
