Calah Jackson from The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys is celebrating in style now that she’s another year older.
The Texan and ex-girlfriend of Missouri-based farmer Steven McBee Jr. is raising a toast in Chicago for her birthday, and she just shared the celebrations on her Instagram Stories. From espresso martinis in a hotel room overlooking the Chicago River to snagging epic seats to watch the Chicago Bulls play, Calah seemed to have a blast with a friend in the windy city, sporting a black fur coat along the way.
All just part of the latest of Calah’s jet-setting adventures since her split from Steven Jr. on the Season 2 finale.
What has Calah Jackson been up to since McBee Dynasty Season 2 ended?
Since Calah and Steven Jr.’s split, the Dallas native has been hitting up the “really cool” red-carpet film premieres on the film festival circuit, making stops at the Toronto International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and Los Angeles. In between, she’s living the good life with trips to Aspen, Colorado, and — as recently seen on her Instagram — a luxurious stop in Lake Como, Italy.
Back in the Lone Star state, Calah continues showcasing art at Samuel Lynne Galleries in Dallas as “the newest face on [their] social media.”
How Calah Jackson ended Season 2 of The McBee Dynasty
McBee Dynasty fans won’t soon forget when Calah broke the fourth wall and walked away from filming in the Season 2 finale, leaving her longtime beau at the altar … of Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca’s wedding, that is. In the Sept. 1 episode, Calah said in her confessional, “Our relationship has been a rollercoaster ride, and I need peace in my life. I don’t want any more drama. So, today was not an easy decision for me, but it’s time to end this and jump off the crazy train.”

How is Steven McBee Jr. handling his breakup from Calah Jackson?
Steven McBee Jr. has been dealing with a lot since his father, Steven McBee Sr., was sentenced to serve two years in a federal prison and pay millions in restitution; however, he found time in September to relay to Bravo’s The Daily Dish that he only wishes great things for Calah. “I honestly think it’s best that way,” Steven Jr. confessed after Calah walked away. “I still care about her, but watching everything play back is hard, and brings back the emotions of that time period, so it’d be tough to still continue to talk in any capacity while watching episodes play back and not feel emotionally charged. I wish her nothing but the absolute best and for all of the success in her life. She’s an incredible woman, and we have so many great memories created together, even through the tough times.”
