Bravo taglines have become a rite of passage, made famous by the Real Housewives of every city. New cast members from The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, serving drama from the farming town of Gallatin, Missouri, are getting crafty when making up their own.
Calah Jackson spoke to Bravo’s The Daily Dish about what she chose as her tagline ahead of the country-style series’ second season making its Bravo debut. As Bravoholics know, such taglines — as part of every Housewives episode’s opening credits — have been the perfect way to tease where so many Housewives stand and hint at what’s to come.
Last season, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills gave their boldest taglines ever, while some from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City used the opportunity to take jabs at one another.
As for The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys — premiering Monday, June 30, 2025, on Bravo — here’s what the Dallas-based Calah chose as her own.
Calah Jackson has the perfect Bravo tagline
When asked by The Daily Dish whether she’d thought of a Bravo tagline, Calah said she had:
“I may not be a farmer, but I sure do know how to harvest the drama.”
Of course, The McBee Dynasty follows the trials and tribulations of the McBee brothers’ farm and ranch, with Calah’s boyfriend, Steven McBee Jr., taking the reins. Between the constant sibling rivalry and millions of dollars at stake as the McBees try to save their family’s legacy, it’s no wonder Calah is teasing the drama.
Her bio teases that her “tumultuous relationship with Steven Jr. leaves her feeling like an outsider in a family she’s desperately tried to fit into. She must make a choice to fight for her place in the family or leave it all behind before it breaks her completely.”
Calah on joining the Bravo family
Calah explained why Bravo would be the perfect home for their lives, to which Steven Jr. and Cole McBee previously agreed.
“Bravo fans are obviously super loyal and passionate, so I’m very excited to be part of the Bravo family, and it’s all honestly a little nerve-wracking,” Calah admitted. “But fans will see that we really just put it all out there for Season 1, and especially for Season 2, and we don’t hold back.”
She added: “For better or for worse, we’re just putting it [all] on the line.”
Calah told The Daily Dish that she had long been a fan of many Housewives series, but she has recently been especially invested in The Valley.
She even got to meet one of her fellow Bravolebs in person.
“We were able to meet with Brittany [Cartwright] the other day for a podcast and she is just the sweetest, most bubbly person I have ever met,” Calah said. “She’s great.”
Calah said she has also exchanged messages with Kristen Doute and remains “obsessed” with Peacock’s Love Island USA, hosted by Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix.
The McBees‘ own Bravo taglines
Brothers Steven Jr. and Cole were just some of the latest to join the trend of making up their taglines when giving their best farm-living tips to the Housewives.
“My Bravo tagline would be, ‘Running an empire ain’t easy, but there is no one coming to take my crown,’” the eldest said.
Meanwhile, Cole referenced his role as an expectant father.
“Mine would be, ‘I plant seeds in the field, and off.’”
As seen on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, celebrities have also showcased their creativity when delivering taglines of their own. Lady Gaga, Amy Sedaris, Amy Schumer, Susan Lucci, and Lindsay Lohan are just a few superstars to share their taglines in the WWHL clubhouse. And when promoting Peacock’s The Traitors, Gabby Windey gave Andy her own hilarious and N.S.F.W. one-liner.
