Cameran Eubanks gave an honest — and very relatable — update on her life today. Just a week into 2026, the Southern Charm alum revealed she had already broken one of her New Year’s resolutions. The mother of one posted a picture of a sugar-free Coca-Cola in her hand, suggesting she had pledged to give up the carbonated drink in 2026.
“This New Year’s resolution lasted 7 days,” she wrote in the Story.
Although the post included a crying emoji face, it’s clear Cameran enjoys the occasional indulgence. Days after the update, the former Southern Charm-er returned to Instagram to show off her recent trip to Duke’s BBQ, a casual all-you-can-eat buffet in Charleston. Cameran uploaded a shot of a plate full of comfort food staples, like onion rings, rice and beans, fried chicken, and mac and cheese.
“This would be my last meal [Duke’s BBQ],” she captioned the mouth-watering photo.

But Cameran’s recent posts weren’t restricted to food and beverages. She also participated in an online trend in which social media users look back at 2016. Cameran shared a picture of her and Shep Rose posing alongside Grammy-nominated singer Sia, who’s apparently a big fan of Southern Charm.
“Ok here’s a fun 2016 mem,” Cameran wrote over the throwback. “Sia was in town and invited Shep and me to lunch. (This really inflated our egos.) We loved everything about her and could not believe she was a fan of Southern Charm.”

Cameran made her Bravo debut in Southern Charm Season 1 (2014) and exited the series after Season 6 (2019). Since then, Cameran has maintained close friendships with some of her former castmates, including current Southern Charm-er Shep, as well as her fellow alums Chelsea Meissner and Naomie Olindo. Fans got a look at Cameran’s friendships on January 7, after she and Chelsea helped celebrate Naomie’s recent engagement to Billy Haire.
Chelsea addressed the get-together in an Instagram Q&A, revealing she, Cameran, and Naomie hang out “all the time.”
“Cam, Naomie and I have a catch-up dinner usually once a month and we laugh A LOT,” Chelsea wrote to a fan. It’s the best.”

Chelsea, who appeared in Southern Charm between seasons 3-6, was also asked if she and Cameran played any role in Naomie’s relationship, as Naomie previously revealed she had met Billy through mutual friends.
“No.. we did not set them up,” Chelsea replied, “but we couldn’t be happier they found each other.”

When asked if she would ever do another show with Cameran and Naomie, Chelsea enthusiastically responded, “I’d sign that contract in a heartbeat,” proving just how tight the trio has become.
